LAUNCHED FROM THE 60 FOLD MINISTRIES

DREAM: Anna & I were fishing in a boat. She was teaching me how to fly cast. "This is a 60 cast," she said. Instead of a forward back movement with the arm, I was rotating my arm side to side along side the boat. When she said 60 I understood that the line was only 60 feet, and the movement was back and forth, in the same pattern and same position every time. As I was doing it, I noticed that it only covered a certain amount of territory and wondered if it would reach very many fish.

Then she let go and I was practicing back and forth. My movement was stilted like a puppet on strings or a robot. I was doing it in this funny movement on purpose, with a smile plastered on my face as though to say this 60 thing is getting very boring; back and forth, back and forth, never changing! I felt that I would always be just practicing. Then she said, "Honey, you have been making me do the balancing. You do it." At the same time she said this in the dream, the Lord superimposed His own voice over her words and He said the exactly same thing to me.

VISION: I was holding my arm and turning it back and forth just like in the dream.

HEARD: Do the same thing. Hold on. Leap of faith. Christ. Like this.

VISION: I saw the same movement with arm.

GRANDMA ANNA DREAM: I saw a huge sign on a church that said FISH AND TACKLE. I knew I had been in this building before. In fact I was very familiar with it. I would be able to show the teenagers where to go inside this building and how to navigate in it. We walked in with my still carrying my prophetic journal.

When I awakened and thought about it, I saw a vision of a man who has a creative street evangelism ministry.

INTERPRETATION, FISH AND TACKLE: Fish speaks of the harvest of souls waiting for us to reach them. Tackle is a play on words. These fish are literally going to be tackled by the various creative outreaches that "lure" in the unsaved.

GRANDMA ANNA DREAM: I brought fish hooks to Sandy who was feeling tired. She looked at me in amazement and said, "How did you know? We talked about going fishing too! You have everything ready for me!" she declared with a renewed eagerness.

VISION: I saw a roof being placed upon an eagle. It was shaped like a roof, and was supposed to be a roof, only instead of shingles overlapping, the roof was made of overlapping feathers.

HEARD: This shall fit nicely.

QUESTION: [Lord, what gifts will the eagles have?]

HEARD: Virtually all of them. Right now 60 fold.

PROMOTION PARABLE: Today I typeset a business card that was really quickened to me. The business card said, "I do any kind of work, but fishin’ is my line." The neat parable besides the obvious of catching the harvest is that the graphic they chose was an old man sitting by some water with a pole in his hand. The fishing line on the pole was not long enough to expand across the card, so I added to the length of the line. (This was a parable of the above 60 fold fishing dream, where the 60 foot cast was so boring and not going anywhere. The Lord is going to extend our boundaries and bring us into 100 fold fishing.)

CONFIRMATION: A week later the printer offered me the card as a sample to put in my portfolio. This was quickened to me as a confirmation that the Lord gave the card back to me as His Word.

WORD TO PONDER: LAUNCHED FROM THE 60 FOLD MINISTRIES

As a unit, My church has not ministered in 100 fold giftings, 100 fold fruit, and 100 fold power since the days of the apostles. It has become so adept at practicing the old ways that these have become boring and routine.

I will use the previous generations as a launching pad, and extend My reach into new creative ways that will reach out to the unsaved. My people shall be sent with My blessings and the power of My Word. They shall be covered and protected within the shelter of My wings. No longer will they be bored with 60 fold measures, but they will burst forth into 100 fold harvest.

"The good soil represents the hearts of those who truly accept God's message and produce a huge harvest--thirty, sixty, or even a hundred times as much as had been planted." (Matt 13:23 NLT)
