11/17/13 A NIGHT OF DECREES
HEARD: The law of female rules. Places where
she has cast her vote.
[female rules explained below]
VISION:
I saw a map of the USA with misc flags
tagged onto it. The map was moving as my eye was
panning the various areas.
HEARD: Suddenly you have money to do a whole
bunch of choices. These will become laws in the
future. I will establish them as you have spoken.
HEARD: Prophet. A good ways in the
distance. 40 years. You need to pray. Authority.
Believe it. You shall rule the earth in peace. Where
we are headed. Into the millennium. What’s your choice
sweetheart, it’s yours to decree. The Lord will reveal
the natural laws of the land.
Job 22:28 You shall also decree a thing, and it shall
be established for you: and the light shall shine upon
your ways.
PIX:
I saw all the puzzle pieces of the map of the
USA. It was built with the mosaic shards in the puzzle
program that I use.
HEARD: I have something to tell you. Favor, I
have given you favor. My beloved.
IMPRESSION:
I sensed a scepter being pointed to me
that I had access to come.
I was very sleepy during this night and the Lord woke me
up to say these things. It was a profound night and I
knew it was a direct connection with Him. As He said
these things, I began to make simple decrees and I saw:
PIX I saw an angel with a tablet writing them
down.
Then I made more decrees.
HEARD: Check. That was a good one.
Here are some of the decrees I spoke:

I decree
God’s blessing over all our food source, all our
natural seeds and would come back and be fruitful
and multiply. I decree that our land will come back
and be fruitful and multiply in Jesus Name. I
decree the same blessing over our livestock that
they would be fruitful in the USA and the world in
Jesus Name.
HEARD: Very grateful. Sweetheart, you have
no idea.
UPDATE HEARD: As I was pondering this, I heard
Done. It’s a done deal.
LEARNING TO VOTE 11/21/13 LEARNING TO RULE
DREAM: The landscapers had arrived and I noticed
a bunch of things that had been moved around including
my pathway had been covered over. So my special resting
place in the shade was all crowded and ruined. I was
complaining about it. I noticed that the same guys were
also rewiring (quickened typo, I accidently wrote
re-writing) some things for my Dad.
Proverbs 22:28 Remove not the ancient landmark, which
your fathers have set.
I was so crabby about my space being violated I decided
to hire them myself. I said, “Excuse me, when it is
time for you to do yard work, I would like to hire
you.” So you can go ahead and do whatever you were
doing for my husband first. (He was my Dad but I called
Him my husband.)
“Hello, my name is Sandy.” I reached out to shake the
first guys hand and he looked at me quite strangely
since we had already met in the past and he wondered if
I knew who he was. I did know he worked for my Dad’s
business. I explained that I was in bad humor before
and this was my way of making a fresh start by making
some decisions instead of complaining about how things
were going. I actually felt a lilt of humor in my voice
and my mood change in the dream. He shook my hand
politely and then I did the same with the other guy. It
was all like a drama or play that I was acting out. My
Dad is watching this with a grin and he said, “She
didn’t vote.” I then realized the second guy is the
mayor of a city and he and the other guy are doing
personal favors for my Dad.
I said, “Yes my Dad has always voted for both my Mom and
I, that’s the way it was done, since women didn’t know
much about things.” So when you are ready, just let me
know and I will have you undo the places where you
covered over my path and have you move things away from
where they were put in my resting space. I looked at my
Dad and he smiled and nodded that He was very pleased
that I was growing up now.
We were then in a team discussion about when to start
what. I wanted to be considerate of their time and
workout because I knew my stuff was harder work and they
wouldn’t be as sore doing the wiring. (Laughing,
another quickened typo I again wrote writing.)
INTERP: In the elections, the Lord has allowed
the votes of men to overrule His own will for His people
when it comes to government. This happened in history
when the vote of Israel wanted a king instead of a
judge.
1 Samuel 8:6-7 But the thing displeased Samuel, when
they said, Give us a king to judge us. And Samuel prayed
unto the LORD. 7 And the LORD said unto Samuel, Hearken
unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto
you: for they have not rejected you, but they have
rejected me, that I should not reign over them.
And so the Lord has allowed the laws of the land and
ancient land marks to be re-written to the place that
the lives of those who have not prayed and cast their
vote are being crowed and rearranged. He has allowed
their complaints to raise up high enough to the point
they will learn to vote and also pray. Prior to this,
they have allowed others to vote for them, but no more.
HEARD: This is America.
PRAYER: Lord we ask that You will raise up an
army of righteous people to vote and pray over the wrong
directions our country has taken! Let them repent for
not voting on the ballots. Let them repent for not
voting through prayer! Let them repent for their own
sins that opened the door for our ancient land marks to
be violated. Let them repent for not speaking up and
casting their votes for a righteous stand and a
righteous government. Lord we ask that You will give us
a second chance to rebuild our country that honors You
and Your Word in all walks of life. In Jesus Name.

11/23/13 DECREE BY MEASURE OF FAITH
HEARD:
I am teaching you. There are things in
high school you didn’t learn. Here’s the first one. Be ready and prophesy.
Spiritual warfare. Kingdom advancement.
Seeing is believing. These and
more, you will be covering.
HEARD:
OK child are you ready to begin? When
you prophesy, 2 things happen. Seed.
VISION:
I saw seed blowing in the wind.
HEARD:
It really does come in handy. He is the
grass grower. And He shall dwell with you.
HEARD:
Declaration, it decrees My will.
PIX:
I saw a sentence that said, Not one
configuration.
HEARD:
People. Close but not quite the same
anointing. We advance together. What’s the challenge?
To be aligned as one. Different paths, different
purposes. Alignment. To be one in My Spirit.
HEARD:
Nations. This responsibility. It’s a
level of faith you have been given. It’s an
assignment. Anointing and function. A prophet. What
do you decree? My Words that I have put in your mouth.
According to your level of faith.
HEARD:
You really shall have what you decree
sweetheart. Try it. Grow in this gifting. You think
it is going to be tough. I will teach you how to decree
sweetheart, it’s easy. I want you to take Someone with
you. He shall be your rear guard.
Isaiah 52:11-13 Depart you, depart you, go out from
there, touch no unclean thing; go out of the midst of
her; be you clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD. 12
For you shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight:
for the LORD will go before you; and the God of Israel
will be your rear guard. 13 Behold, my servant shall
deal prudently, he shall be exalted and extolled, and be
very high.
Isaiah 58:5-8 Is it such a fast that I have chosen? a
day for a man to afflict his soul? is it to bow down his
head as a bulrush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes
under him? will you call this a fast, and an acceptable
day to the LORD? 6 Is not this the fast that I have
chosen? to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the
heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and
that you break every yoke? 7 Is it not to share your
bread with the hungry, and that you bring the poor that
are cast out to your house? when you see the naked, that
you cover him; and that you hide not yourself from your
own flesh? 8 Then shall your light break forth as the
morning, and your health shall spring forth speedily:
and your righteousness shall go before you; the glory of
the LORD shall be your rear guard.

THE FAITH TO DECREE
When we decree His Word, it is like throwing seeds into
the wind of His Spirit. His Word does not return to Him
void or unfruitful. Every Word He speaks has His God
DNA in it to produce His purpose. Angels take those
seeds and plant them, He rains upon them and prayers
nourish them to fruition.
Isaiah 55:10-11 For as the rain comes down, and the
snow from heaven, and returns not there, but waters the
earth, and makes it bring forth and bud, that it may
give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: 11 So
shall my word be that goes forth out of my mouth: it
shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish
that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing
for which I sent it.
In the same way that we prophesy only by the measure of
faith we are given, we decree by faith. People are
given different measures of faith according to their
purposes for living on earth. They have different
paths, different walks, different callings, different
anointings and it is God’s Word that establishes their
faith for their walk. That faith comes by hearing God’s
quickened Words that directly applies to each life.
Romans 12:3-6 For I say, through the grace given unto
me, to every man that is among you, not to think of
himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think
soberly, according as God has dealt to every man the
measure of faith. 4 For as we have many members in one
body, and all members have not the same office: 5 So we,
being many, are one body in Christ, and every one
members one of another. 6 Having then gifts differing
according to the grace that is given to us, whether
prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of
faith;
Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and
hearing by the word of God.
Our level of faith directly relates to our metron, the
delegated sphere of authority (or influence) we have
been given by the Father.
Metron comes from the scripture:
2 Corinthians 10:13-14 But we will not boast of
things beyond our measure, but according to the measure
of the field which God has distributed to us, a

to reach even unto you. 14 For we stretch not ourselves
beyond our measure, as though we reached not unto you:
for we are come as far as to you also in preaching the
gospel of Christ:

Then the Lord showed me a room where people were working
on maps. At first, all I could see were compasses like
children use to draw circles in school. Each of us was
drawing circles on our desktops. As my eyes cleared I
saw that we were drawing circles of a specified distance
from our personal location on a map.
Each person had their
own individual instructions for their circles. They were
not all the same size. The Lord said, “This is your area
of influence! Be very alert in your area of influence
and be prepared to do what I ask you to do in this area!
Do it very quickly!” Whether your area of influence is
large or small, this is your assigned area and you are
most responsible in these areas.
As I meditated on this, I thought about 2 Timothy 4:2-5,
“Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of
season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering
and teaching. For the time will come when they will not
endure sound doctrine, but according to their own
desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap
up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their
ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to
fables. But you be watchful in all things, endure
afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your
ministry.”
For some who feel responsible to save the whole world,
this may be good news. The Lord is only giving you what
you are able to handle. You can let go of the judgment
and condemnation the enemy tries to bring to those who
are overwhelmed with self-imposed requirements. For
others who are not looking beyond themselves, this may
be challenging news because you have greater
responsibilities than you have known. For all of us, we
must let the Lord guide us! We must follow the
directions of the Holy Spirit! We must stay focused in
our area of influence to maximize our influence for the
Kingdom of God in this season! I pray for wisdom and
revelation from the Lord to help us say what He is
saying and to do what He is doing in this season! Amen
and Amen!!!
