ABOUT REVELATION

RHEMA 11/04/06  REVEALING HIS PURPOSE

HEARD:  You know everything has a purpose.  My Word.

VISION:  I saw a light very far away in the distance. It was moving closer and closer and growing bigger and bigger.  It culminated into a giant light burst. 

COMMENT:  In Bob Jone’s Shepherd’s Rod for 2007, the Lord told him it was to be a year of light. I believe the Lord is saying in this rhema, that He is going to shine His light on the Words He has spoken to us, so that we understand His purpose.  When we understand WHY, it truly helps us to line up with His Word . Then we become partners with Him to help overcome the enemy and usher in His kingdom on earth.

WORD TO PONDER:  REVELATION   

Suddenly, upon the recesses of the mind a light bursts forth.  A spark of knowledge ignited by the power of the Holy Spirit, -- and suddenly you know! Previously unsure, now you know.  This moment of revelation is when a door opens within you and something is deposited inside.  

What you have come to understand may be too naked to share with others.  You may even feel too vulnerable to have received it.  You may or may not like this revelation.  If you do not like it, you may squirm and wiggle and kick and yank… but once deposited, it is there for eternity.  Once there, it can never be erased.  That is the nature of My revelations of truth.  Even if you struggle for years, you will still not be able to walk away from that deposit.  If years have passed, and you still struggle and wonder, then be comforted by the fact that no matter what you do, you can not escape the knowledge.  Find comfort in the fact that the revelation is still with you. 

Many things are in operation to bring forth My revelations. I weave them like finely woven patterns underneath the surface of your life.  The individual threads may stay hidden for years until suddenly they emerge as a distinct glimpse of something much larger than you once perceived.  I bring these things into operation in perfect order and harmony and nothing is woven out of place.  If you have received a revelation, understand that there is the perfect time for it to come forth.  Trust Me in this.  I AM taking you somewhere and you need this knowledge.  Relax in its knowledge and let it warm you away from your fears of vulnerability.

“Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began, But now is made manifest…”  (Romans 16: 25-26)
