RHEMA 6/11/10 ABUSIVE
RELATIONSHIPS FACING THE CLOSET
HEARD:
Come forth. What I am about to say. Not a light
matter. Will you marry Me?
PIX:
I grabbed a hold of a portable closet that was not
facing straight and I moved it so it was facing straight
forward.
(A straight forward view of what is
hidden in the closets of many)
HEARD:
I never meant to hurt you. You've always been good
to me.
A real sign, a real meal. He is
standing in the mirror over the sons. A reflection of
many.
PIX:
I saw a helicopter in the distance participate in my
journey. He made His decision.
PRAYER: Lord for those
who have faced abusive relationships, send forth Your
deliverance angels to set them free. For the sake of
Your children, bring them to a safe place where they can
be loved and heal their broken souls. in Jesus Name.
Ezek 34:22-23 NLT
So I will rescue my flock, and
they will no longer be abused. I will judge between one
animal of the flock and another. And I will set over
them one shepherd, my servant David. He will feed them
and be a shepherd to them.
UPDATE 6/23/10: The
following post came out about abuse. Several people
shared their testimonies about being in abusive homes
and some before they read the post. The Lord is
spotlighting this problem.

MATT SORGER

“David honored Saul as God’s anointed. He covered him,
did not talk about him, honored him even after he died.
Would not lift a finger, a word, an accusation against
Saul, even though he had the reason to.
There are times when you need to step out of an abusive
relationship. David said I honor you, I will cover what
you have done to me, but I can not remain around you
because your life is poison to me.
There may be people around you that are trying to kill
you spiritually. You have been faithful, stood the test
and walked in love. There are times where God says you
have passed the test and it is time for your promotion.
Then God advances you forward in the plan He has for
your life.”
1 Sam
26:21-24 NLT
Then
Saul confessed, "I have sinned. Come back home, my son,
and I will no longer try to harm you, for you valued my
life today. I have been a fool and very, very wrong."
"Here is your spear, O king," David replied. "Let one of
your young men come over and get it. The LORD gives his
own reward for doing good and for being loyal, and I
refused to kill you even when the LORD placed you in my
power, for you are the LORD's anointed one. Now may the
LORD value my life, even as I have valued yours today.
May he rescue me from all my troubles." |
