3/05/19 AUTHORITY OVER THE ELEMENTS
This morning as I was making my toast and protein shake, I
was thinking about a gal’s urgent prayer request against
flooding in the recent rains. Her house made it through
without getting flooded and I was again thanking the Lord
and wondering about the power of prayer. We had prayed the
rains slow down giving the watershed time to make it down
stream without flooding.
After I sat down with the Lord and my breakfast, I had a
quickened eye glance to my Bible and thought of the many
years Anna had anointed hands sessions with the Lord and her
Bible. I realized my eyes had been drawn to my Bible, so I
reached for it hoping to connect with Him this way.
I opened it to this scripture that was highlighted in my
Bible:
Matthew 7:24-25 Therefore whosoever hears these sayings
of mine, and does them, I will liken him unto a wise man,
who built his house upon a rock: 25 And the
rain descended, and the
floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that
house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.
Suddenly my eyes were opened that the Lord was speaking
directly to my thoughts just minutes prior about floods!
Then just as I realized that, I saw that I had pasted the
following Word to Ponder in the margin on the other side of
the page:
WORD TO PONDER TRAINING FOR AUTHORITY OVER THE ELEMENTS
1/13/98
I am training my intercessors to
understand the elements. The wind and the rain and all the
elements of weather are governed by My natural laws that I
have set in motion. However behind each and every element
is a propensity towards evil. The demonic forces take
advantage of some weather patterns to bring sudden and
unexpected havoc and destruction. Use this understanding to
bind any evil forces behind the wind, the rain and the
elements. Loose protection over your area. You will be
surprised that even the most simple of prayers over what you
see with your own eyes, will wipe out evil plans even miles
away.
“And he arose, and rebuked the
wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind
ceased, and there was a great calm.” (Mr
4:39 KJV)
