Billye was on her way to have lunch with Oral Roberts.  Oral had been desiring to go home to be with the Lord for several years.  The Lord gave her this message:

“I want you to tell Brother Oral Roberts, some can choose the dates of their departures from earth to heaven, as is revealed through the writings of Apostle Paul.  (remember in Corinthians, he says I don’t know whether to depart.  I’m betwixt two.  I don’t know whether to depart and be with the Lord which is far better.)  Others can not.  Two men who can not are Oral Roberts and Billy Graham. For the dates of their departures are in the sovereign plan of God.  At their departures there will be a major shift in the heavenlies.”

Oral Roberts graduated to heaven on Dec 15, 2009.
