WORD O’ GRAM: BLIND TRUST
Being
carried by and
Leaning
on the Lord…
I may not
understand.
Not
having eyes to see, I am
Determined
to know He is God.
Taking a
step of faith and
Relying
on Him to protect me, I know that
Understanding
will come.
Surely
His goodness and mercy keeps me
To know
peace as I wait to see what will be birthed.
Psalm 32:8,9
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you
should go; I will guide you with My eye. Do not be like
the horse or like the mule, which have no understanding,
which must be harnessed with bit and bridle, else they
will not come near you.
To be the pupil of God’s eye. I know His heart is for
me - having engraved my name in the palm of His hand.
How great are His thoughts towards me! And how intimate
that He knows my own. In His book, all the days of my
life were there even before I saw them.
I would rather that He lead me with a gaze of intensity,
in lieu of looking away for even one moment. I do trust
You Lord. I am here, willing and obedient. Grant me
grace to be led by Your eye. Let me look into Your
liquid pools of love that I might receive my sight. I
want to know and understand Your ways that I may be led
by Your eye and know You even as I am known.
1 Cor 13:11,12
When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood
as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a
man, I put away childish things. For now we see in a
mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in
part, but then I shall know just as I also am known.
