HEARD:  Overwhelmed. Flooding.  Safe and assured.   Answer to prayer.  Whose prayer did I answer?  [Lord You answered the fervent prayer.] Exactly. 

[Hurricane Florence is hitting NC and SC right now.]

FLORENCE = the name means blossoming, to flower.

James 5:16-18 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that you may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. 17 Elijah was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth for three years and six months. 18 And he prayed again, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth brought forth its fruit.

VISION:  I had some type of vision where people were getting ready for a celebration.  Then a man involved in the celebration said Joel?  What are you doing here?  Then I heard, I’m your brother aren’t I? 

This vision was a riddle and I think it relates to my disconnect when prophets say to look where it floods because those are the places where God is going to pour out His miracles.  However I do believe that God makes up for what the devil tries to kill, steal and destroy.  And I do believe in prophetic signs of first in the natural and then in the spiritual.

1 Corinthians 15:46 But that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

I felt led to search my data base for His buzz Words on Joel and Deluge.  I was very encouraged!  We have some amazing times coming.
 

HEARD AND SAW INSERTS JOEL 2 RAINS

1985 TRANCE VISION DELUGE

The Lord opened my eyes and the ceiling opened up so I could see the heavens. Several trumpets pierced the clouds through the open ceiling. Then Lord opened my ears I literally heard the trumpets play the most beautiful fanfare I have ever heard. It was in perfect harmony. When they finished, the heavens poured a huge torrential downpour of rain. Everything was totally soaked inside the building.

Joel 2:23-26 Be glad then, you children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he has given you the former rain faithfully, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month. 24 And the threshing floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with wine and oil. 25 And I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the crawling locust, and the consuming locust, and the cutting locust, my great army which I sent among you. 26 And you shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, who has dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.

4/15/87 THE 2ND CHAPTER OF ACTS

I saw there was a group called the Second Book of Acts on stage. They were singing about the rain. I could hear thunder and see lightening. It started to rain hard. I saw a girl totally drenched. When I awoke I heard the Lord say, "This is that spoken by the prophet Joel. The second glory of God is here."

Hag 2:9: The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the LORD of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the LORD of hosts.

8/22/95 FEAR OF GOD IN DOWNPOUR

Suddenly there was a downpour of rain. I have never heard or seen rain so strong, so loud, so violent. It was almost a fearful thing, certainly at least awe-filled. I wondered if the roof would hold.

Ho 6:1-3 NKJV

Come, and let us return to the LORD; for He has torn, but He will heal us; He has stricken, but He will bind us up.  After two days He will revive us; On the third day He will raise us up, that we may live in His sight.  Let us know, let us pursue the knowledge of the LORD. His going forth is established as the morning; He will come to us like the rain,  like the latter and former rain to the earth.

Joe 2:28-32  NKJV

"And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions.  29 And also on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days.  30 "And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth: Blood and fire and pillars of smoke.  31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood, Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord.  32 And it shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of the Lord Shall be saved. 10/7/96:  DEATH TO SELF AND THE BRIDGE OF INTERCESSION

Under surveillance.  What’s all this stuff about death to self lately? My assignment,  Bridge.  Intercessor.  Stand between.  Bring them in. Enter, Joel. Calling him Joel is an intentional, prophetic sign of the long awaited latter day rain coming on the sons and daughters. You are one with your house, in reality it IS YOUR VERY LIFE.

In the midst of difficult circumstances.  … I adorn you.  After the day is done she comes into dinner in an evening gown.  It’s very romantic. My bride.  Mother of them all.  She looked older.  My love.    Run a fever.  Stop this.  You’re beautiful.  No matter what.  Greet people with a smile.  I love you. I’m telling you the truth.  She’s a survivor.  Just My type.

2/18/12  DELUGE COMING GRANDSTANDS WONT HOLD THEM

Graduated.  It’s all behind you. My life for yours.  The reward you sought.  Instinct and communion.  I am here.  Inside of you.

Ga 2:20 NKJV

I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.

It’s all about to happen.  Everything I promised.  My deluge brings life.  Rain.  Wash away the old.  Heal the wounds.  Set the captives free.  Rejoice!  Not late, but arrives perfectly in My plan.  In synch.   Before time began I have waited for this. 

A final outpouring.  Never before seen on earth.  Grandstands wont hold them.  Busting out the doors.  Listen through the loud speakers.  As far as the ear can hear.  Holy laughter.  Struck.  I cant walk.  On the ground.  He’s here.  The King of Kings is here.  Walking among the crowds.  On their faces.  Out like a light.  Taking flight up, up and away.  Coming back down with new bodies.  Gifts.  Kissed by My Presence.  An army of lovers.  Passionate to pursue Me.  A great rejoicing around the world.  The power of the gospel has arrived.

12/07/12 JOEL RAINS WILL RESTORE AND HEAL

Death and life is in the power of the tongue.  You shall have what you say.  The authority in which you speak.  The power of the spoken Word. 

It’s important to decree appropriately.  How?  Confess your testimony filtered through My Word as an overcomer.  To battle, defeat and overcome.  Each time you speak, it’s a battering ram.  Against the forces.  Make a positive confession. 

Build your house upon the rock.  The rock of My Word.  My Word can be paraphrased, yes.  It’s declaring My truth that matters.  Jesus is My Redeemer of my destructions. Positive decree based on the authority of what I have said.  Hold on and stand.  A hope that does not waver. Solid upon My rock.  It’s a strong tower a fortress. 

Here’s the key.  Joel.  Restore.  Bless and not curse.  Keep positive.  Stay within those boundaries.  Continue to press into your infrastructure.  What do you say?  Your body will heal.    Be bold. I saw some chartreuse colored scrapbook paper.   The angels will work with you.  Abundance. I saw rain fall from the sky.

9/18/10  DAY OF ATONEMENT  HEALING RAINS

We are experiencing a deluge of rain, it is pelting our roof and rushing through the gutters.  I felt the Lord's tangible Presence in waves as I listened to the rain.  It rained hard for 7 minutes.  At 10:21 we had another downpour.  When I told Wayne this, he said he noticed our first downpour of fall rains right after sundown.  That is 3 confirmations about the quickened rains.

I saw toxins come out of the body from melting the fat and losing weight. Then I saw the rains pouring down to wash and cleanse.

1/17/12  RESTORATION OF ALL THINGS

She will perfect that which has fallen.  The restoration of all things.  Exactly. Dont forget we served the ankles.  Deluge.  The Spirit of God. To completion.

ANNOUNCING JUBILEE  HOPE 5/31/12

My own have cried out to Me from deep despair and hope deferred.  I AM coming dear ones!  I AM bringing my deluge of flowing water to pour out upon your dry and thirsty souls and revive and relieve your painful, inflamed conditions of body, mind, heart, soul and spirits.  I AM the Lion of Judah and as I roar, every captive will be free in the year of Jubilee!  Within My roar is joy, liberation, justice, mercy, restitution, forgiveness of your debts and recovered inheritance.

I AM ushering in My united kingdom upon the earth and re-establishing My power and authority among men and angels as they unite together.  You shall go forth in the reign of My power and I will use you to rain and pour out upon the world.  Do you think I am going to send you sick and wounded, without arms and legs?  NO.  I will send you forth fully recovered and in the experience and knowledge of your God, for you shall heal and set others free even as I have roared over you.  Rejoice dear ones, hope deferred has made your hearts sick.  But when the desire comes, it is a tree of life. 

Ac 3:19-22 NKJV

Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, 20 and that He may send Jesus Christ, who was preached to you before,  21 whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began.

THE VEIL IS VERY THIN, BREAK IT!  1/27/12

Seekers, I AM rewarding you.  Press through whatever is hindering you from My Presence.  Put away distraction and the world.  Lay aside your worries and cares and enter in.  Gather with kindred hearts to worship Me, for there I command a blessing.  The veil is very thin between heaven and earth now.  BREAK THOUGH, BREAK THROUGH, BREAK THROUGH!!!

I Am raining My tangible Presence upon you, kissing you with My power.  Vibrate and surge with My anointing.  Break the restraints!  Break the strongholds. Break the restraints.  My rain is here beloved ones!  Enter in and experience the first drops of My glory and I begin to pour out upon you.

COMMISSIONS ARE COMING 1/06/14

Beloveds, your future is full of glory.  When My supernatural rains come, I will use you as My anointed ones and send you forth with My glory and power.  Sent ones, this is what you have waited for, longed for, been prepared for!  Great will be number of children that will come into My house in these days of rain.  I will use every resource on on earth and heaven to draw them into My arms of love. You shall adopt My dear children, equip them and raise them up into My fullness.  In the days of supernatural rain, the days will be shortened and these beloved children shall grow rapidly.  What took you decades to learn, they shall learn in just a few short years.  Mighty and powerful will these days be as I pour out My Spirit upon you.

ANGELS OF HEALING

I turned to look at the faces of the angels. They looked like the United Nations of angelhood, representing many nationalities.10 I supposed that the Lord would send them on assignments all over the world. They were very intent upon the lecture.

The instructor continued, “You realize that you play a very important role in verifying our Lord’s victory in the area of health. The enemy will use any wile to attempt to bring into a place of unbelief those to whom our God assigns you. He is a master of unbelief. He has succeeded mightily with humankind in general and with the elect specifically. It is often easier for the redeemed to believe our Lord will provide for them financially than to believe He wants His people well. The healing revival is about to begin.11 Instead of one, we will be assigning two of you to each person slated for the gift of healing.12

In the last days a mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit on all mankind is prophesied (Joel 2:28–29).

11. This will be what the Bible calls the “latter rain” (Joel 2:23), which comes in the spring to water again the fall planting. In Joel 2:30, God says that He will display wonders on the earth at that time.

“For you who fear My name the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings” (Mal. 4:2). In these last days, believers will do greater works of healing than those Jesus did when He was first on the earth (John 14:12). If in the “early rain” following Pentecost, “they were all being healed” (Acts 5:16), how much more will the latter rain bring healings.

“We want you to learn to work together now. We have some badges for you to fasten to those receiving this gift.”

Resurrection is the ultimate healing.

He held up a badge. It was green with red letters: ONLY BELIEVE.13

The redeemed go immediately to heaven when their bodies die on Earth (2 Cor. 5:8; Phil. 1:23).
