WORD TO PONDER: CHILD TO MANHOOD STILL WITH
SIMPLICITY 12/25/07
Spinning from ever ending circles, patterns and ruts of
childish thinking and behavior, I brought your world to
a stop. It was painful to let go and cut ties with the
past, but this was necessary My beloved one. Sugar and
spice are nice, but not to help distinguish between
naughty and nice. If I had allowed you to continue with
the mixture of the world, you would still be spinning in
the same circles. I sent you off to the school of
manhood and discernment to eat meat for greater growth.
However in forsaking childishness, never forsake the
beauty of the simplicity you once had through loving
relations and joys in your gifts of giving. Always
remember that I have loved your simple ways, your
pleasures of sharing simple gifts, joys in fellowship
and reassuring relationships. Always remember that I
love your childlike faith and simplicity. Your
transparency and purity of heart is so dear to Me.
Please dear one, in seeing yourself through the eyes of
the religious and the world, never forsake the beauty of
your childlike expressions and delight. It is not your
childhood that I want you to forsake, but your
childishness that keeps you locked in childish
ignorance.
Do not fear what was cut away from your past, for even
before you come into the fullness of maturity in Me, you
shall know how to refuse evil and choose the good.
Remain simple to the world and wise to what is good.
Honor those with simple hearts always bowing low to heed
My voice through whomever I choose. Always remember
that manhood will never outgrow the language of love, no
matter how old fashioned.
Isa 7:4; 14-16 NKJV
4 'Take heed, and be quiet; do not fear or be
fainthearted for these two stubs of smoking
firebrands... 14 Therefore the Lord Himself will give
you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a
Son, and shall call His name Immanuel. 15 Curds and
honey He shall eat, that He may know to refuse the evil
and choose the good. 16 For before the Child shall know
to refuse the evil and choose the good, the land that
you dread will be forsaken by both her kings. |
