RHEMA 2/12/08 CLEAN SWEEP, LEVELED THE PLAYING FIELD
QUICKENED PARABLE: I had been praying about
deleting a file of past emails that I felt might be
important for the future. I felt a release today to
copy only relevant snip-its into my rhema and then
delete the emails and the entire directory. The simple
act released my soul of some burdens I had been feeling.
QUICKENED PARABLE: Every year at tax time, Wayne
and I go through our filing cabinet and clear out old
papers that are just not needed any more. We just
finished doing that.
HEARD: I am deleting. Would you allow me/Me
access? As much as you like. Clean slate.
PIX: I saw a 3 tiered skewer for cooking
shish kabobs. Each tier had several prongs and the whole
thing looked like it would cook several meals at once.
It was a top heavy instrument all on one handle. It was
clean and empty.
HEARD: It’s a lot to think about.
WORD PUN: This make me chuckle. Grandma Anna
always says “Shishkabob!!” when something is way out of
order, overwhelming or ridiculous.
IMPRESSION: I had the impression that I had
all these snip-its all over the place and needed to
consolidate it all into one file or place so things were
more streamlined and simple.
PIX: I saw our round Rubbermaid container and
lid that we use for leftovers to put in the fridge and
it was clean and totally empty.
QUICKENED PARABLE: Today I wrote a note to
someone and asked forgiveness and also said this person
was forgiven. I knew this was basically wiping the
slates clean of offenses where we had stepped on each
other’s toes. Due to the seriousness of the last
offense, I had been quite worried that this person would
be judged in some way for not showing humility or any
sign of change or repentance.
HEARD: I dont want {name} to be penalized.
Clean field. Finally she mentioned this!!!
PIX: I saw a bunch of exclamation points, as
though the hosts had been waiting for me, saying finally
I had said that!!!!!
HEARD: Forgiveness. You did that. Moving
you in. Final piece, humble ground. Leveled off the
playing field. A clean field.
PIX: I saw our backyard grass had been
freshly cut short and it was very pretty, green and
level once again.

Then Peter came to Him and said, "Lord, how often
shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up
to seven times?" Jesus said to him, "I do not say to
you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven .
CONFIRMATIONS: Today I received an email from
someone who received their own personal Word from the
Lord, via the wonderful ways He speaks. I was quite
tickled to read this Word and see how she has caught
onto hearing Him this way. :o)
I believe it is EXACTLY what the Lord is saying to all
of us, not just herself, that He wants us to empty all
the stuff that is holding us back from being “updated.”
In her Word, she mentions dialing 228 to update her cell
phone roaming capabilities. I did that last week to my
cell phone and at the time it was quickened to me as a
parable of increase to larger boundaries with more
clarity and ease.

I am going through something right now, I think is a
place of new consecration for me.
On my cell phone some friends tried to call me and could
not reach me because my voice mailbox is FULL. The
message when I ring it says to empty some old messages
so that new mail can be received. I went online and
after reading, and looking some, saw Jeremy Camp's song
"Empty me."
It was interesting to me because my cell phone company
said to "dial *228 to update roaming capabilities", and
228 was quickened to me. In the (Hebrew 228 is to heat)
and in greek (228 is to be true/genuine). If I did this
it would update my roaming capabilities (I think this is
new realm of overcoming/personal authority in my life,
being free to cover more territory.) The Lord had been
talking to me about smelting (separating ore from
precious metal) and His fire, I have been listening to
"Fire Fall Down" by Hillsong United. It all connected.
He was showing me 1 Peter 1:7 So that the genuineness
of your faith may be tested, your faith which is more
precious than the perishable gold which is tested and
purified by fire. I think He is doing something with my
faith level so I am ready for what He has for us in this
year 2008.
1 Peter 1:6-9 NKJV
In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little
while, if need be, you have been grieved by various
trials, 7 that the genuineness of your faith, being much
more precious than gold that perishes, though it is
tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory
at the revelation of Jesus Christ, 8 whom having not
seen you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet
believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full
of glory, 9 receiving the end of your faith — the
salvation of your souls.
Through these Words He was saying to me, “I want to
empty you only of that which holds you back. I love you
so, Never leave, never abandon you... Leaking (crying is
okay). Depends. I am dependable. Depends with leak
guards. I will never let your dreams slip through the
cracks. Heart-rending. I catch the tears. Soften the
soil (oops I just did a typo, where I wrote "soften the
soul", rather than soil!!!) completely pliable - it's
what you wanted more than anything, right? I am
heating you up, so that you can be emptied of that which
is old and is of no value to you in this season, and I
will cause you to walk in more of what I have for you.”
Maybe this is just my personal season. I guess I wanted
to write and see if anyone else is going through this
right now - are others going through this too?
