A NEW VOICE: CLEARING OUT THE RASPY PIPES 2/24/11
PROPHETIC GESTURE: Today at lunch Wayne asked me
to pray. So I took off my glasses and cleared my
throat. However when I cleared - I cleared and cleared
and cleared. He kept waiting for me to pray and I was
still clearing my raspy throat! It was really funny to
us both.
QUICKENED MEMORY: One of the ways the Lord
speaks to us is bringing things back into memory that He
has spoken. Before I prayed I suddenly remembered the
Word Wayne had heard last month!!!

GOD'S PRECIOUS CONFIRMATION 2/23/11
CONFIRMATION: 2/24/11 Tonight Wayne and I were
listening to a live web stream of
Paul Keith Davis' conference and he apologized for
his voice. Wayne prayed over his voice prior to Paul
Keith saying this and I hadn't really noticed anything
wrong with it. Since I didn't really notice it in the
natural, but Wayne did and had compassion to pray over
it, I knew this was the Word of the Lord as relating to
what Wayne had heard.

CHUCK PEIRCE 2/24/11: (At the same conference)
"Get ready, God wants your voice
and wants you aligned and rejoined in a new way. Get
ready, you have chosen to be commissioned into that."
11/22/10 and 12/22/10 God visited
Chuck. He put back into Chuck what was necessary to see
how to move forward for himself and others. Chuck
said, "Lord if You restore my voice and get me going, I
will see the manifestation."
STEVEN SHELLEY 2/25/11:
At the same conference, Steven mentioned their praying
over the recovery of U.S. Rep.
Gabrielle Gifford's after having been shot.
She is vocalizing and making progress every day. Steven
mentioned her voice recovery would be a sign of the
prophetic getting their voice back.
QUOTE STEVEN SHELLEY: "There is a Word in
your mouth. And God wants to give you the authority to
speak to the rock."
PAUL KEITH DAVIS 2/26/11:
(At the same conference) Paul Keith mentioned
that someone had a dream where the
Lord wanted to give him a new voice.
Paul Keith preached on the following
scripture and he said the phrase you shall prophesy a
second time. I have read the verse many times, but
when he said a second time, (instead of prophesy again)
it leaped into my Spirit as a rhema Word that I had been
wrestling over for years. One of the trance visions I
had when I received my calling was seeing Moses in the
burning bush. I have wondered for years if I would be
moving into the promises. Paul Keith also mentioned
that if you are a part of the Moses generation, you are
now the Joshua's and Caleb's. Part of my calling is to
be a bridge between the old and the new so I swallowed
that I would indeed run a second race and i was set free
by that Word.
Rev 10:10-11 NKJV
Then I took the little book out of
the angel's hand and ate it, and it was as sweet as
honey in my mouth. But when I had eaten it, my stomach
became bitter. And he said to me, "You must prophesy
again about many peoples, nations, tongues, and kings."
PRAYER:
We ask that You will remove all of the clogs in our
pipes that have hindered Your Word from coming out of
our mouths. Release the hearts and mouths of those who
have run their race, to prophesy a second time to a new
generation. Let the strike of Moses rod change and
become Your spoken Word, oh Lord. And let Your Word
manifest in and through us, in Jesus Name.
Mark 11:23-24 NKJV
For assuredly, I say to you,
whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast
into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but
believes that those things he says will be done, he will
have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you, whatever
things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive
them, and you will have them.
CONFIRMATION 2/26/11: Right after writing the
above prayer, I returned to working on moving the QW
forum archives to another location. Oh my! The
category I was working on was called:
GOD SPEAKS THROUGH FILLING OUR MOUTHS
And here was the next one waiting in chronological
order. His Word is so awesome!
HEARD: Weakness. I love you. The most
common thing of the gospel.
Purpose defeat the enemy. God will do it. Gift.
Abide in Me. Let Me do it through you.
HEARD: Tongue. Scalpel. Training. One step
at a time. Listen men of God. Recovery. Talk
to you without My mouth. Open your mouth. Open it,
fill it. Be obedient. See how He works. Confidence.
Your inspired. If I could talk like that. Pull it off.
PIX: I saw a tape across a mouth.
HEARD: It’s easy once you get started.
Practice.
See results. You’ll see. You are natural and super
natural. Didn’t understand this. The concept.

PIX: I saw the putting on some chap stick on
the lips. (anointing)
HEARD: And He said anoint your mouth. How am
I supposed to know what to do? It’s like chewing gum.
Chew His Word. Like a cud.
PIX: I saw a corner of a lip under some tape
that is across a mouth.
HEARD: Prophesy out loud No reason why you
should feel it. Already there. Under the tape.
Assurance. But you don’t feel anything. It’s like
tongues. Motor mouth. Like tongues only with
understanding. Planning to release your mouth. At home
start. Translation out loud. Help you get over the
hump. Let go. Let it flow. Floored. Access. A new
beginning. Around the corner. Now tongues. Then
prophetic.

ponder 6/22/96 open your mouth and I will fill it
I love you dear one, and understand your weakness. Your
mouth and tongue has been shut by the intimidator for
too long. I have given you a great gift deposited
within you like a wealthy bank account. And in your
weakness, I will be strong and release you. I will give
you pain killer and take you through surgery to loose
your tongue. I will cut away the dead part that does
not yield life, and loose the strands that hold it from
speaking My Word. I will feed you and you shall in turn
feed many. You think that I will come upon you in a
great rush and you will feel this anointing that should

shall speak it forth just like you have the unction to
