COLLECT
TO YOURSELF WHAT IS EXPEDIENT
HEARD: Softly.
It's expedient.
SOFTLY QUOTE: There
are those who think it is impossible to know what we are
meant to do or meant to be. The folks who say that tend
to be looking for a God Who shouts and completely missed
the One Who whispers.
EXPEDIENT, HELPFUL AND GOOD
1 Corinthians 6:11-12 And such were some of you: but you
are washed, but you are sanctified, but you are
justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the
Spirit of our God. 12 All things are lawful unto me, but
all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for
me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.

MAKING
THE BEST CHOICE IN A WORLD OF CHOICES
Best-a-mony. Seeing things
differently now. Its a change. All
things are not expedient. So choose the best. B
vitamins. I saw a bunch of hot sauce packets in the
bottom of a Taco Bell to-go bag that I had seen in the
TacoBell ad about making the
best choices. Trade in the old for the new. New
position, backbone. The
will to say no and make the right choice.
MAKING THE BEST CHOICE IN A WORLD OF CHOICES 2/24/08
My beloved, I AM teaching you that outside of scriptural
sin, even though what is not sin is lawful, not all
things are helpful for you nor will they build you up.
In a world full of choices, it is always better to
choose the BEST choice.
I will give you daily bread for your sustenance. Part
of your daily bread is the fruit of My Spirit called
temperance. You can never have enough
self discipline, there is no
law against it. I AM teaching you to trade in your old
life and exchange it for something new. This is a new
position in Me. It is a position with a strong will and
backbone to say no to yourself, no to the world and no
to all that is not the right choice. Better yet,
beloved one, is the will to make the BEST choice. You
are well educated, you
already know the best choices for your life. Eat My
will now, and live in My best choice for you.
1Co 10:23 AMP
All things are legitimate [permissible and we are free
to do anything we please], but not all things are
helpful (expedient, profitable, and wholesome). All
things are legitimate, but not all things are
constructive [to character] and edifying [to spiritual
life].
1Co 3:16 NKJV
Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that
the Spirit of God dwells in you?
Ga 5:22-23 NKJV
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace,
longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.
8/08/16 CONFIRMATION QWN MEMBER DREAM -
BUILDING THE BODY UP
I was lifting weights over my head and felt the strength
to do so. I was being encouraged by someone named
Elizabeth (name means Oath of God; pledged.)
When I asked the Lord this morning what the dream was
about, the Holy Spirit quickened my eyes to a
"bodybuilding" website. It was that aha! Bodybuilding -
to build up the Body of Christ! Thank you Holy Spirit.
And it was He who gave some to be apostles, some to be
prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors
and teachers, to equip the saints for works of ministry,
to build up the body of Christ, until we all reach unity
in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God, as
we mature to the full measure of the stature of Christ.
Eph. 4:11-13
