CROWN
RESTORED WITH OPEN DOOR
{Unveiling a Mystery Through A Parable}
PARABLE:
Two years ago at Christmas time I noticed among my
decorations that one of the crowns to my 3 kings was
missing. These kings were given as a Christmas gift 28
years ago. They are close to two feet tall and
beautifully draped in gold cloth with jeweled crowns.
They carry ornate jeweled containers of gold,
frankincense and myrrh for Jesus. I was so disheartened
when I saw the jeweled crown gone. Knowing that these
kings have been carefully preserved and stored all these
years, I felt strongly that one of the children visiting
my home had lusted after the sparkling crown and taken
it. I was sad for the literal loss, but the parable of
losing a crown shouted very loudly in my ears regarding
the following scripture. I sincerely prayed that the
Lord would restore the crown. I had no way of making
such a beautiful crown and it was rare in its beauty
along with its size to fit that particular head. I knew
that if it were to be replaced, it would have to be the
Lord.
Rev
3:7-12 NKJV
"And to
the angel of the church in Philadelphia write, 'These
things says He who is holy, He who is true, "He who has
the key of David, He who opens and no one shuts, and
shuts and no one opens": "I know your works. See, I have
set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for
you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have
not denied My name. Indeed I will make those of the
synagogue of Satan, who say they are Jews and are not,
but lie - indeed I will make them come and worship
before your feet, and to know that I have loved you.
Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also
will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come
upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the
earth. Behold, I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you
have, that no one may take your crown .
That
scripture is the only place in the Word where He talks
about a stolen crown. It is a promise written to the
church of Philadelphia, which is a type of the last day
remnant of radical and passionate believers. This
remnant will be guarded and kept from the great season
of examination which shall try and test the whole world.
They will have already gone through the fires of testing
and graduated.
Rev 3:10
AMP
Because
you have guarded and kept My word of patient endurance
[have held fast the lesson of My patience with the
expectant endurance that I give you], I also will keep
you [safe] from the hour of trial (testing) which is
coming on the whole world to try those who dwell upon
the earth.

ANSWERED
PRAYER 12/09/04: Today a very special parable occurred!
I had prayed several times that the Lord would help me
restore the king's crown. I went to the craft store
today just for the fun of seeing all the Christmas
decor. As I stood before a rack, the Lord immediately
drew my eyes to a Christmas tree ornament. There before
me hung a perfect size ornate jeweled crown, not only
that, but it was gold with red velvet, the same colors
as before. My heart leaped and my spirit was quickened
that this was the Word of the Lord.
SEARCHING OUT THE MATTER
This
parable was so strong upon my heart, that I pondered any
other details that might be pertinent.

THE
CROWN
A crown
literally means a circlet that encircles, encloses, and
encompasses. It represents the authority of an office,
being set apart, the mark of promotion and honor, as
well as victory in competing in the races, games and
wars. (2 Sam 12:30, Ex 29:6, Gen 49:26, I Cor 9:25)
The fact
that a crown encloses the head, I see it as a spiritual
parable and reward for the overcomers. They will
literally have the mind of Christ and their hearing and
understanding will be protected as being pure and
without mixture.
1 Cor
2:15-16 AMP
But the
spiritual man tries all things [he examines,
investigates, inquires into, questions, and discerns all
things], yet is himself to be put on trial and judged by
no one [he can read the meaning of everything, but no
one can properly discern or appraise or get an insight
into him]. For who has known or understood the mind (the
counsels and purposes) of the Lord so as to guide and
instruct Him and give Him knowledge? But we have the
mind of Christ (the Messiah) and do hold the thoughts
(feelings and purposes) of His heart. [Isa 40:13.]
Although
the Greek words are not the same, I thought it an
interesting parallel that this scripture about the one
with the mind of Christ is not put on trial or judged by
anyone. And in the above scripture concerning the church
of Philadelphia, the promise is that after having passed
their own trials, they will not have to be tried again
in the world wide trial.
REMINDER
OF A VISION: As I was thinking about this, the Holy
Spirit reminded me of a Word I was given. I was having
lunch with a prophetic friend and she looked startled
and started laughing. I had just stood up to get a
napkin and sat back down again. In the process, she saw
a vision of a crown suspended in the air above my head.
When I stood up, I stood right up into it, and then when
I sat down, the crown was now on my head and a part of
me. The parable of having to stand to receive a crown is
very strong language in the Greek having to do with
resisting all demonic attempts to oppose and steal God's
Word from us. (Eph 6:10-20) In that scriptural reference
about standing, it says we wrestle with principalities,
and that word was also the concept used in the Olympic
war games of the overcomers.
SIDE
BAR: I understand that the world wide trial is literally
set up like a court case (similar to Job) because I have
gone through similar enemy accusation. This is where the
principalities are scrutinizing every thought, word,
action, and motive. His own are cleansed and tried
through the process, and then wait upon the Just Judge
to render a verdict for their release and recompense.
GRANDMA
ANNA RHEMA
HEARD: A
lesson to have learned. A crown to have earned.
HEARD:
Weeping between the porch and the altar. Hold fast to
your anointing. Hold fast your crown. Don't let the
enemy take you down. See to it that no one causes you to
lose your crown.
============
THE
MYRRH
I
noticed that the king who lost his crown was the one who
carried the myrrh. Myrrh represents the anointing,
preservation from decay, and sweet smelling sacrifice.
{Ex 30:33, John 19:38-42, Eph 5:2}
The
quickened parable is that when the king lost his crown,
he lost his authority and honor. He no longer held the
anointing, the sins of his flesh caused decay, he life
was no longer the sweet aroma of a holy and acceptable
sacrifice unto God.

CONNECTING THE MYSTERY OF CLOSED AND OPEN DOORS
In the
year of 2004, the Lord spoke to many prophetic people
that it was the year of closing and opening doors.
Notice
in the scripture below there is a reference to open and
shut doors. This scripture is a quote from Isa 22:22
which speaks of being given the authority to open and
shut.
Rev
3:7-8 AMP
And to
the angel (messenger) of the assembly (church) in
Philadelphia write: These are the words of the Holy One,
the True One, He Who has the key of David, Who opens and
no one shall shut, Who shuts and no one shall open: [Isa
22:22.] I know your [record of] works and what you are
doing. See! I have set before you a door wide open which
no one is able to shut; I know that you have but little
power, and yet you have kept My Word and guarded My
message and have not renounced or denied My name.
Isa
22:22-24 AMP
And the
key of the house of David I will lay upon his shoulder;
he shall open and no one shall shut, he shall shut and
no one shall open. And I will fasten him like a peg or
nail in a firm place; and he will become a throne of
honor and glory to his father's house. And they will
hang on him the honor and the whole weight of
[responsibility for] his father's house: the offspring
and issue [of the family, high and low], every small
vessel, from the cups even to all the flasks and big
bulging bottles.

POEM TO
PONDER: RECEIVE YOUR CROWN
What joy
I have to give you your crown.
What
victories won over all those frowns.
So much
pain from so much loss
Is
replaced with grace from your cross.
You
yielded to Me your earnest desires
From
dross and gold melted in the fires.
Now
stand up tall and into place.
You have
overcome much disgrace.
I grant
you honor and grant you favor
I grant
you spices that you may savor.
I give
you anointing to walk with Me.
I give
you healing from My tree.
The door
is open to walk on through
What you
allow in will go with you too.
What you
shut out is overcome this day.
So
delight in your God in every way.
