POEM: FAITH: OVERCOME THE MIND-SETS 10/16/04

The mind-sets that keep you from believing

Are the strongholds that lock you in My grieving.

You have known plenty and you have known famine,

In time you will know My new wineskin.

It's a love so fierce that it will pierce

The shackles of your heart.

I want you with Me in passion and pursuit.

I want you to be free to collect your loot.

But all that you hear must be mixed with faith.

As you walk it out in steps that are traced.

Marked and etched within the frame of your soul

The path will be revealed to make you whole.

What is this faith that is so needed?

It is quickened life from all that was seeded.

The key to believing is a desperation so fierce

That it breaks the shell with My power to pierce.

When a shell breaks open and releases the light

The blindness is gone delivered from the night.

What once was known but not understood.

Becomes openly naked as it should.

There's one way out of this round robin.

To grant you joy and to keep you from sobbin'

Release your opinions and judgments to Me.

Then you will come into liberty.

Your mind-sets fortify your ears with walls.

They keep you from seeing, these walls must fall.

Repent of your thinking and spitting out strong meat.

Receive what I sent you and take it to eat.

You can dissect and complain about the platters.

It's about your own heart that really matters.

You'll find nothing precedes intimate fellowship in love

As You've supped in My holy place, as one with My dove.

Chew and ponder and swallow your cup.

Before you know it, your time will be up.

And soon your faith will come alive.

My grace and favor will cover as you arrive.

There will come a day when our hearts will blend.

There will come a day when you hear as My friend.

In that day your faith will be very strong.

In that day, you will know you belong.

Mind-sets will have fallen as you move into place.

Vain thoughts will be removed, so full of disgrace.

I speak in a language that you do not know.

It will come alive as you humbly bow low.

OVERCOMING MIND-SETS

Precious, I want to teach you about mind-sets. Mind-sets are fortified opinions that are set in their ways. Mind-sets are strongholds. Mind-sets lock everything into an unchanging place. Mind-sets keep truth from coming in and they keep lies from being removed.

When I send My Truth, and you are blinded against receiving it, it is because of your mind-set. If you will partner with Me to identify a mind-set when I shine light upon it, then we can work together to remove it and set you free to change and become free.

You also have mind-sets about your loved ones and this is keeping them locked in the same old patterns. These mind-sets are expectations. They have behaved in circled patterns for years and therefore you expect them to continue such. Their behavior and your mind-set has given you much grief and hopelessness when you pray over your loved ones. Even when I AM changing them and setting them free one day at a time, you are unable to see this because of your mind-set about them.

Please understand, when you have expectations, whether they are good or bad ones, that expectations are faith. It is your negative and positive faith that sends both demons and angelic hosts to the person for whom you have faith. The mind-sets of your expectations can actually bind or loose your loved one into further captivity or increased freedom. So repent dearest, repent and openly confess your failed mind-sets in your life and watch Me set you and your loved ones free from your past. Free at last, free from your past.

2 Cor 10:4-6 NKJV

For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.
