RESTRAINT
DREAM: THE SINK HOLE,
TURBULENT WATERS AND DIVINE RESTRAINT
I was walking on a clean
well kept sidewalk. I passed a building and I knew it
was some kind of a fancy government building related to
money or banking. I saw that the front entrance to the
building had been freshly covered over with new
concrete, attempting to cover over something. However I
became alarmed that the concrete was now sinking in a
sink hole and that was what they were trying to cover
over. The building was in the same sink hole and now
lower than the sidewalk by about 3 feet.
As I continued on the side
walk there was a building in front of me with no
windows. It was a tall skyscraper that looked to be
made of metal. The sidewalk ended at the building so I
realized it was a dead-end so I went no further.
Thinking about going the
idea of around the building, I looked to the left of the
building and was astonished that there was water as far
as I could see. The water was turbulent white water and
in turmoil for miles. It was not muddy water, but more
like very choppy ocean water with white froth. I was
shocked to see that the water came right up to the
sidewalk. As I turned around, I went to a cliff area
and saw a city below me. The city had skyscrapers and I
watched a giant wave rise up right to the edge of the
city. The wave must have been at least 5-10 stories
tall, and there was an invisible restraint keeping the
wave from coming in and flooding the city. It continued
to crash and crash against the restraint and each time
the wave would roll over on itself. The fact it was
“rolling over” was quickened to me, as it did this over
and over again. Then I declared, “The Lord is
supernaturally intervening and putting a divine
restraint there,” because it was held at that boundary.
If the restraint wasnt there, the entire ocean would
engulf the city.
COMMENTS:
I do not know if the frothy
water was the rage of nations due to financial
problems. But in dreams, the ocean is the nations and
people groups. In the dream I felt that the wave of
water was the flood of the enemy trying to overtake a
city. As I talked to Wayne about this, he felt that the
dead end meant that a course had run out of time. He
felt the restraint was holding back anarchy in the city
streets after a financial crisis. The term rolling over
was quickened to me as related to rolling over loans, or
continuing to print money, making the wave higher.

Do you not fear Me?' says
the Lord. 'Will you not tremble at My presence, Who have
placed the sand as the bound of the sea, By a perpetual
decree, that it cannot pass beyond it? And though its
waves toss to and fro, Yet they cannot prevail; Though
they roar, yet they cannot pass over it.
PRAYER:
Lord we thank You for Your divine hand of restraint
placed upon the rage of the nations. The world is under
the demise of the antichrist spirit that is building a
platform for one world government and people’s finances
are facing very turbulent times. We ask that somehow,
some way You will hold back the tide of the antichrist
agenda until You bring in Your harvest and the church
has her years of restoration. Lord we know we do not
deserve this, because we have failed to be the world’s
light and the salt in our lifestyles, our votes and
entertainment. Please forgive us Lord and grant us a
second chance through end time revival and the rain of
Your Spirit. No matter what happens Lord we know that
You will take care of Your own and keep us and provide
for us. Thank You that You are faithful and our loving
Father.
