QUICKENED SCRIPTURE: DWELL IN MY
LIGHT AND THE DARKNESS CAN NOT SEIZE IT 7/09/10
John 1:1-5 AMP
IN THE beginning [before all
time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God,
and the Word was God Himself. [Isa 9:6.] He was present
originally with God. All things were made and came into
existence through Him; and without Him was not even one
thing made that has come into being. In Him was Life,
and the Life was the Light of men. And the Light shines
on in the darkness, for the darkness has never
overpowered it [put it out or absorbed it or
appropriated it, and is unreceptive to it].
John 1:1-5 NLT
In the beginning the Word
already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was
God. 2 He existed in the beginning with God. 3 God
created everything through him,
and nothing was created except
through him. 4 The Word gave life to everything that was
created, and his life brought light to everyone. 5 The
light shines in the darkness,
and the darkness can never
extinguish it. {2638}
John 1:1-5 NKJV
In the beginning was the Word,
and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He
was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made
through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was
made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of
men. 5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the
darkness did not comprehend it.

WORD TO PONDER: DWELL IN MY
LIGHT AND THE DARKNESS CAN NOT SEIZE IT 7/09/10
If you dwell in My Light and My
Light dwells in you, you shall shine in the darkness.
The darkness will not overpower you. The darkness can
not put out your light, absorb it, or seize it from
you. Wherever there is My Light, you may say the enemy
has nothing in you. Light and dark can not co-exist.
There is either one or the other, but not both. It is
very simple that when you turn on the Light, darkness
flees.
James 4:7-8
Therefore submit to God. Resist
the devil and he will flee from you. 8 Draw near to God
and He will draw near to you.
John 14:30
I will no longer talk much with
you, for the ruler of this world is coming, and he has
nothing in Me. |
