ENTERTAINMENT AND THE BEST CHOICE
HEARD: Proposal.
VISION: I saw at
some fall scrapbook paper.
(Fall represents the season of
death of self.)
Matthew 26:39 And he went a little
farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my
Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me:
nevertheless not as I will, but as you will.
I have been on
a 2 year fast from reading/ watching fiction, which is
anything not true. I already limit recorded TV time to G
ratings without bad language, so it is mostly educational
shows like cooking. So today I was asking the Lord if it
would be OK to watch some G rated Hallmark Christmas movies
this season. As I pondered it, one of the QWN member’s Word
about choosing
the best came to mind. And then this scripture
came to my mind:
1 Cor 10:23
AMP
All things
are legitimate [permissible — and we are free to do anything
we please], but not all things are helpful (expedient,
profitable, and wholesome). All things are legitimate, but
not all things are constructive [to character] and edifying
[to spiritual life].

REFLECTION:
Beloveds, the
season of blessing is upon you. New doors shall be open unto
you and as they open up before you, I want you to test
EVERYTHING that comes your way to see that it is My VERY
BEST for you. Some doors will open that appear good and
fulfill many of the requirements of your needs, hopes and
desires, but there will be things lacking in them. These
gifts do not quite satisfy and you find yourself
compromising on key points in order to take a hold of them.
Beloveds, do NOT settle for good when I am bringing MY
BEST! Shake off that old mindset that will settle and
hold on for My best.
I know you
have been waiting patiently and obediently for Me to come,
so I ask you to continue to be diligent and testing
everything that comes your way, for there will be
counterfeits that appear good and are good, but are NOT My
best.
I promised you
My perfect and complete will for your lives. You have stood
steadfast and surefooted during those lean and hard years.
It is important especially now that as doors of opportunity
open to you that you continue to remain discerning and seek
Me in ALL things. Do not jump at the first thing that comes
because it appears good. Do not assume that because a door
opens that it is of Me. Test and make sure that it is of Me
because in your haste you may miss My best.
Hold fast to
My words and be sober of mind for the doors are opening. Be
diligent and stand firm because your reward is nigh.

CONFIRMATION ANOINTED HANDS:
A couple hours later I turned at
random in my Word to Ponder book to this Word!!!
My beloved, I
AM teaching you that outside of scriptural sin, even though
what is not sin is lawful, not all things are helpful for
you nor will they build you up. In a world full of choices,
it is always better to
choose the BEST choice.
I will give
you daily bread for your sustenance. Part of your daily
bread is the fruit of My Spirit called temperance. You can
never have enough self discipline, there is no law against
it. I AM teaching you to trade in your old life and
exchange it for something new. This is a new position in
Me. It is a position with a strong will and backbone to say
no to yourself, no to the world and no to all that is not
the right choice. Better yet, beloved one, is
the will to make the BEST
choice.
You are well educated, you already know the best choices for
your life. Eat My will
now, and live in My best choice for you.

5/20/00: Enduement
of flesh, enduement of spirit. Can’t have both
HEARD: It is heavy. The
weight, burden. Extremely difficult. Desperate. Turned by
the wayside. Bondages. Brainwash. Morality.
Jesus, He wants to cut off
entertainment. I’m telling you right now,
it’s the season. Body incision. Worldly excise.
Entertainment. So close to death. Don’t have to be
there. Come back to life. Among you. Defeat this spirit
right now. Under foot. Heed My Word. The antichrist
spirit is in the world. The way to overcome this is Gilgal.
Enduement of flesh,
enduement of spirit. Can’t have both. What can
we say? We’re running out of time. A season closing. It
is past the hour.
UPDATE 11/18/14: Tonight Wayne
came in and said he was reading 2000 rhema today and came to
the one where the Lord said,
My house is the house of
prayer not entertainment.

ENTERTAINMENT
My house is a house of prayer. Not
entertainment. I’ll give you an example.
John 2:16-17 And said unto them that
sold doves, Take these things away; make not my Father's
house a house of merchandise. 17 And his disciples
remembered that it was written, The zeal of your house
has consumed me.
Matthew 21:13 And said unto them, It
is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer;
but you have made it a den of thieves.

ENTERTAINMENT NO LONGER IN THE HOLY
PLACE 2/10/04
There are many living within the outer courts of My kingdom.
They are satisfied with the entertainment of carnal pleasure
and a distant heavenly Father.
There are others who have been touched by
a glimpse of My greater light and love and are walking away
from the deceitfulness of heart. My light has spotlighted
and purged their motives and My Presence has washed them as
they have walked away from personal idols. These are finding
much comfort dwelling in My inner court. They dwell in the
intimacy of ministry and fellowship within My sanctuary.
Finally there are those who are so
ravished by My loving Presence that they have forsaken the
world and walked straight into My holy place. It is there
within the bosom of My heart that I share My secrets with My
friends. In the days to come there shall be a visual
distinction between the hearts of men, their dwelling place
and their degree of separation from the world. How I long
for your friendship and yearning love! Would you come deeper
yet into My heart and let the things of this world grow dim?
As you behold My light, all else will fade in comparison.
