1/28/17 GRACE AND THE FEAR OF THE LORD
HEARD AND SAW:
I saw a family of black bears with surf boards. Even the
little cub had a surf board. They were heading out to have
fun riding the waves.
[In my spiritual language with the Lord, bears have always
represented fear, including the fear of the Lord. It
totally depends upon our relationship with our Father, as to
what type of fear!!!! One is raw fear from the threat of
reaping what we sow without His loving grace and the other
is raw respect of His grand awesomeness in being Sovereign
and The Boss. What He says goes, and we don’t argue with
that or rebel from His Words, else we are trained by
negative feedback, which is painful.]
Heb 12:5-11 NLT And have you forgotten the encouraging
words God spoke to you as His children? He said, "My child,
don't make light of the LORD's discipline, and don't give up
when He corrects you. (6) For the LORD disciplines those
He loves, and He punishes each one He accepts as His
child." (7) As you endure this divine discipline, remember
that God is treating you as His own children. Who ever heard
of a child who is never disciplined by its father? (8) If
God doesn't discipline you as He does all of His children,
it means that you are illegitimate and are not really His
children at all. (9) Since we respected our earthly
fathers who disciplined us, shouldn't we submit even more to
the discipline of the Father of our spirits, and live
forever? (10) For our earthly fathers disciplined us for a
few years, doing the best they knew how. But God's
discipline is always good for us, so that we might share in
His holiness. (11) No discipline is enjoyable while it is
happening it's painful! But afterward there will be a
peaceful harvest of right living for those who are trained
in this way.
1/27/17: WARNING DON’T RETURN TO OLD HABITS
Head strong. I am not angry with you. But I am
concerned. May I talk to you? [He then said a sentence
that meant not to recycle old, past habits] You
graduated. Grace. I saw a fearful, giant brown grizzly
bear standing up face to face to a 6’5” man. Trust and obey
there is no other way to be happy in Jesus but to trust and
obey.
1/28/17 CONFIRMATION BEAR
Tonight I turned to this W2P at the website:
BEAR OR BARE?
There are so many who are being weighed in the balance
between the fear of the Lord and love for the world. On one
side there are those who are walking in the fear of the
Lord, fully clothed and covered. Those who are not, are
walking naked and exposed. Dear ones, let go of the weights
that so easily beset you and keep you from entering into the
experiences of the kingdom of God. Holding onto these
weights is in putting your faith in danger. Keep your
garments and keep them without spot, lest you miss your
flight and be sent to the fire of tribulation.
“Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a
cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the
sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with
endurance the race that is set before us.” (Heb 12:1 NKJV)
Rev 7:9-10 NKJV
After these things I looked, and behold, a great
multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes,
peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before
the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in
their hands, 10 and crying out with a loud voice, saying,
“Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to
the Lamb!”
Rev 3:17-19 NKJV
Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and
have need of nothing’ — and do not know that you are
wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked — 18 I counsel
you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be
rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the
shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your
eyes with eye salve, that you may see.
Rev 16:15 NKJV
“Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who
watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they
see his shame.”
Let the wicked forsake his ways.
Isaiah 55:7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the
unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the
LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for
he will abundantly pardon.
WORD TO PONDER: GRACE AND THE FEAR OF THE LORD 1/28/17
Precious one, I have taken you through years of training.
You know what is of faith and what is not. You know what
pleases Me and what does not. You know when you do not
please Me that it puts veils between us. You know all the
cycles of failing, withdrawing, running away and then
returning with shame. Is that the life you want to live?
Does this reflect Who I AM to you?
Dear heart!!!! Yes you learned all that you needed to live
a life of obedience to My Word, to know My loving Father’s
heart for you. You know My grace, My mercy and forgiveness.
What else can I say? Come here dear child. Please do not
return to old cycles of withdrawal. Run to Me, let Me simply
hold you until My love soaks through all the layers of
rebellion. I know your nature already, it is not a surprise
to Me. Where discipline could not reach you, let My grace
and love reach through the layers and bring you back to Me.
My grace and favor is not something to take advantage of. My
grace is always coupled with the fear of God. You know both
my kindness and My severity. Regarding your behavior, you
need nothing else to know, for I am both. As you embrace
both sides of Who I AM, you will be given grace to walk the
fine line between both. Run to Me when you fail and let Me
help you stand again. When you fail I will always help you
land right side up onto your feet.
Rom 8:1-9 NLT So now there is no condemnation for those
who belong to Christ Jesus. (2) And because you belong to
Him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has freed you from
the power of sin that leads to death. (3) The law of Moses
was unable to save us because of the weakness of our sinful
nature. So God did what the law could not do. He sent His
own Son in a body like the bodies we sinners have. And in
that body God declared an end to sin's control over us by
giving His Son as a sacrifice for our sins. (4) He did
this so that the just requirement of the law would be fully
satisfied for us, who no longer follow our sinful nature but
instead follow the Spirit. (5) Those who are dominated by
the sinful nature think about sinful things, but those who
are controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that
please the Spirit. (6) So letting your sinful nature
control your mind leads to death. But letting the Spirit
control your mind leads to life and peace. (7) For the
sinful nature is always hostile to God. It never did obey
God's laws, and it never will. (8) That's why those who
are still under the control of their sinful nature can never
please God. (9) But you are not controlled by your sinful
nature. You are controlled by the Spirit if you have the
Spirit of God living in you. (And remember that those who do
not have the Spirit of Christ living in them do not belong
to Him at all.)
UPDATE HEARD: After typing and then re-reading this
Word to Ponder, I heard: America.
