RHEMA 2/03/13 HAULING AWAY PRIDE’S CHAFF
VISION: Just before waking this morning I saw
a vision of {Name’s} dad driving a huge wagon of dried
corn husks off a field. They had been harvested and it
was only the stalks left and they were extremely dry.
He was looking at me because I was responsible for not
allowing {Name’s} pride to be in the field.
As a child, {same Name as above} used to say “I
know it” whenever my dad would try to say something to
him and we called him “Mr know it all.” He was very
intelligent and independent and did not have a teachable
spirit when he was a child. Finally we talked to him
about it, and he changed his manners and at least
listened. He was basically unteachable prior to that.
In the vision I understood that the father had harvested
his son's field and that field was pride.

2/24/11 NEW HEARTS ARE BORN
HEARD:
Tears.
VISION:
I walked into the living room and it was
full of heart shaped, floating mylar balloons. They had
their backs to me because they would not show their face
and were solid silver colored because they had been
redeemed. These hearts were many sizes between big and
small. I do not see their faces or know who they are,
but they have been redeemed with new hearts.
HEARD:
The {same Name as above} hearts were taken out of them.
1 John 2:15
Do not love the world or the things in the world. If
anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in
him. 16 For all that is in the world —the lust of the
flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life — is
not of the Father but is of the world. 17 And the world
is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the
will of God abides forever.
Prov 11:2
When pride comes, then comes shame; But with the
humble is wisdom.
HEARD: Harvest, it’s a process.
ERICA’S WORD 2/03/13 (posted on
2/6/13)
SAW: A puppy crawling on his belly. Inching
his way towards something.
PARABLE: The last couple of days I have watched
as our 15 week old puppy learned how to approach his
elders, smile. We have an older yellow tom cat who has
been in this family for roughly 10 years or more. He
is fat and doesn't like to be bothered, at all. And our
puppy tries so hard to get close to him and snuggle. He
has tried the full on I am the new kid on the block so I
am taking over approach...the side ways approach...rear
first approach all to no avail. The closest this puppy
has been able to get to the cat is when he is on his
belly crawling literally just inching his way into his
presence.
The elders who are among you I exhort, I who am a
fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ,
and also a partaker of the glory that will be
revealed: 2 Shepherd the flock of God which is among
you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but
willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly; 3 nor as
being lords over those entrusted to you, but being
examples to the flock; 4 and when the Chief Shepherd
appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does
not fade away.5 Likewise you younger people, submit
yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be
submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility,
for “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the
humble.” 6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty
hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time," ( 1
Peter 5:1-6)
SANDY COMMENTS TO ERICA’S VISION: I view this
parable as the journey that God takes His wild(er) and
untamed sons through in order to get all the flesh out
of them and bring them into a place of willing
submission!
And our puppy tries so hard to get close to him and
snuggle. He has tried the full on I am the new kid on
the block so I am taking over approach.
When a person becomes a Christian, they are so eager to
learn about God and they are full of questions, passion
for the supernatural and they run after Him! They find
ways in their flesh to control His behavior,
increasingly demanding something from Him.
Isa 58:2
They take delight in approaching God. 3 'Why have we
fasted, ' they say, 'and You have not seen? Why have we
afflicted our souls, and You take no notice?'
...the sideways approach
They begin to evasively side step God’s watchful eye,
His questions that prick their wild consciences, and
they change the subjects and avoid the truth.
...rear first approach
Finally they run away from the issues at hand and wont
face them at all.
on his belly crawling literally just inching his way
into his presence.
Then when God grows quiet, they wonder if He has
abandoned them and they come crawling back to Him, in a
repentant position, willing to listen.
There are a whole lot of sons that have gone through
this journey. I am hoping this means that they (we) are
now in the part where we are crawling back home in the
right attitude and heart to bow low and listen to Him.
WORD TO PONDER: HAULING AWAY PRIDE’S CHAFF 2/03/13
Many have gone through a great threshing to harvest the
good fruit from the chaff in their lives. I will have
My harvest and bring all that is good fruit into My
care. Pride has nothing in Me, for I AM meek and lowly,
carrying the children in My baskets. Pride of life is
not of Me but is of the world. The world is passing
away but as you do My will, you shall abide forever.
Dear ones, learn to have transparent faces, acknowledge
your faults and find resolution through repentant,
humble hearts. Return to respect and honor where you
have teachable hearts, being willing to listen. Listen
and learn and you shall find your way out of much
failure. It is I Who has humbled you, in order to
redeem you to be teachable and desiring to listen. I
have redeemed your life and your hearts from
destruction. Now come to Me and ask your questions. I
long to teach you and bring you unto Myself.
Prov 16:18
Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit
before a fall. 19 Better to be of a humble spirit with
the lowly, Than to divide the spoil with the proud. 20
He who heeds the word wisely will find good, And whoever
trusts in the Lord, happy is he.
Jer 13:15
Listen and pay attention! Do not be arrogant, for the
Lord has spoken.
