RHEMA 8/23/09 HAVE TO WORK? STAY SIMPLE
DREAM: I had a dream where my housecleaner
and I were working on my house and we were supposed to
stay simple and take it one step at a time. I was doing
one tiny project as I was able to each day and then
saved time for my other responsibilities.
INSERT RHEMA 7/25/09 OFF TO WORK
HEARD: Hi ho, hi ho, it’s off to work we go.
Progress. That
room’s changed and that room is in the process.
PARABLE: After having suffered greatly in a
painful flare for 15 months, it began to break away in
August. I spent all of August going through every
drawer, closet and shelf in our home. I re-organized
everything in boxes, putting like things with like. Now
everything has a place and I know where everything is.
It is an amazing "settled into synch" feeling. I have
thanked the Lord each day for the grace and health to do
this, and for the reward of how good it feels to live in
orderliness again.
The past couple days I have felt that this was a
prophetic act, walking out the fact that the Lord is
going to transplant and move people, their gifts, tools
and functions into place. And they will find purpose
and establishment simply by being planted in a place
that is available should they be called upon. It will
make life function more simply just to be moved into
place.
The Lord gave me a
Word for the Day of Atonement for the year 2009.
It was about being thrust out and then searching for a
new place. I feel this organizing parable is the second
part of that word.
One thing about putting things in boxes, it makes for
safe boundaries. Those tools that are in that box, if
they don’t belong there, they will be moved out to the
right place. And those tools that belong, will be moved
in.
Moving can be a good thing when we know it is the Lord
moving us. With every move, there is change. And with
every change there is growth as we lean upon Him to make
the right decisions.
RHEMA 8/26/09 MY HOUSE IN ORDER
HEARD: Organized. My house is in order.
2 Chron 29:35-36 NKJV
So the service of the house of the LORD was set in
order . 36 Then Hezekiah and all the people rejoiced
that God had prepared the people, since the events took
place so suddenly. |
