HE COMMANDS THE WIND AND WE MUST TOO 3/12/11
Today a reader asked me how to pray in regards to the
natural elements of weather. I said if it
is a natural disaster in the making, I take authority
over the elements and speak peace into them and that
they would dissipate in Jesus Name. If I feel there are
demonic connections behind the elements, I bind the
demonic assignments of destruction in Jesus Name.

bound from these earthquakes and huge tsunamis. Cry
out for God's mercy and grace."
Numerous times throughout the years when the wind blows
around our home, I can tell when there is a vortex that
makes the trees whip in circles and when that happens I
bind the demonic destruction in the wind and it stops
right away. There are natural elements and there are
elements that are demonic assignments. The sons of God
are called to be peacemakers and the God of peace will
crush satan under our feet. We walk in His peace and we
call forth peace over the elements as Jesus did.
HEARD: When the wind was rebuked by Jesus He
stayed on the water. Not exactly. You are a forerunner
of what is to come to pass.

COMMENTS: When I heard this, I realized the
Lord was speaking a dark speech riddle and at the time I
had no way of understanding it until after our "wind"
event (below). In hindsight, it was interesting to me
that Oregon had a severe windstorm 24 hours after I
wrote the above about standing against vortex winds.
The winds were definitely vortex, where the trees were
twisting and turning in every direction and we were
surely stretched in our experience.
Notice in the scripture when Jesus rebuked the wind, the
Lord called them to cross over. He advanced forward.
With Jesus' intent to go
towards the other side to the country of
Gadarenes, the violent storm
was caused by the strongman of the legion, who lived in
the man who dwelled there.
As a people, we are at the
threshold of crossing over into the land of the giants.
We are being given the opportunity to practice our
authority before we reach the other side. We must stand
our ground and advance. Entire towns will hear of the
exploits of the Lord Jesus Christ when we conquer the
giants.
Mark 4:35-5:5 NKJV
On the same day, when evening had come, He said to
them, "Let us cross over to the other side." 36 Now
when they had left the multitude, they took Him along in
the boat as He was. And other little boats were also
with Him. 37 And a great windstorm arose, and the waves
beat into the boat, so that it was already filling. 38
But He was in the stern, asleep on a pillow. And they
awoke Him and said to Him, "Teacher, do You not care
that we are perishing?" 39 Then He arose and
rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, "Peace, be
still!" And the wind ceased and there was a great calm.
40 But He said to them, "Why are you so fearful? How is
it that you have no faith?" 41 And they feared
exceedingly, and said to one another, "Who can this be,
that even the wind and the sea obey Him!"
Then they came to the other side of the sea, to the
country of the Gadarenes. 2 And when He had come out of
the boat, immediately there met Him out of the tombs a
man with an unclean spirit, 3 who had his dwelling among
the tombs; and no one could bind him, not even with
chains, 4 because he had often been bound with shackles
and chains. And the chains had been pulled apart by him,
and the shackles broken in pieces; neither could anyone
tame him.
Mark 5:18-20 NKJV
And when He got into the boat, he who had been
demon-possessed begged Him that he might be with Him. 19
However, Jesus did not permit him, but said to him, "Go
home to your friends, and tell them what great things
the Lord has done for you, and how He has had compassion
on you." 20 And he departed and began to proclaim in
Decapolis all that Jesus had done for him; and all
marveled.
VISION: I saw a porthole that had radiation
particles floating around in the wind.
EXPERIENCE STANDING AGAINST THE WIND 3/13/11
OPENED SMELL: I suddenly smelled oatmeal and
peaches by my chair. I walked around the house and the
only place I smelled it was at my chair. Wayne said it
must be an angel standing there.
Song 4:16
Awake, O north wind, And come, O south! Blow upon
my garden, That its spices may flow out. Let my
beloved come to his garden And eat its pleasant fruits.
EXPERIENCE: Shortly after smelling the oatmeal
and peaches, we had a very traumatic day. It began with
an unusual south
wind blowing on a beautiful blue day.
Suddenly a storm came in and a vortex wind over our
house and the trees all around us were whiplashing in
circles in every direction. We took authority over any
demonic assignment that wanted to cause destruction and
bound it in Jesus Name. We declared the blood of Jesus
to protect us, our home, our stuff, our family and loved
ones, and then spoke to the wind, PEACE BE STILL. The
wind relaxed and we talked about it for a few minutes.
Then the wind came back again and we prayed the same
again, and the wind died down. A third time the wind
came and this time a branch broke off the tree and
landed on the power line and this caused a big
explosion. I knew this was the same explosion and
sparks I had seen in the vision 4 days ago.
RHEMA 3/09/11 FOREKNOWLEDGE OF EXPLOSION
Vision:
I saw my lap top and a shadow move in front of it. Then
I saw a very bright light flash a few times and sparks
as coming from the top of my computer screen in the
distance. The shadow had moved in front to protect my
eyes. I didnt know if it was an explosion, resurrection
power, electrical outage, but saw bright light and
sparks behind and along the top and side of the shadow,
which was covering the view.
The last time this same experience happened several
years ago a live wire was swinging and swirling around
in our front yard for 45 minutes in the rain. Every
time it hit ground, it would generate a huge clash and
then whip up like an angry snake over our roof. The
firemen could not figure out where to kill the power and
they could do nothing but tell us to get off the wet
pavement because the electricity could travel up the
street and they did not want us in our house. They said
it was 5,000 degrees and burrowed a hole in the grass.
The next day I went out to the black hole and all the
dirt had turned to black glass.
At the time it happened I heard a loud bang and saw a
blue flash outside my bedroom window so I ran outside to
see what had happened. All was quiet and then I saw a
branch hanging from the phone wire and it started to
spark. Just as I turned around from the side of the
birm to make the phone call, a sonic boom like bang with
flashes of blue light and sparks were flying over my
head as I was running for my life.... What a rush.
So that is my happy memory of yesteryear. Now today the
same sonic boom, massive blue light with sparks going
everywhere, lights go out with a surge and pop, and then
silence. A couple minutes later the lights come on and
with same blue clash BOOM, and the cycle repeats. We
find out trees are down in the neighborhood so we
figured it would be a day before we get electricity back
and so we get all the gear out and then pray for the
people in Japan who have no electricity or homes to
stay.
2 hours later the lights pop loudly, flashed, come on
and then BOOM, violent blue light, sparks, cracks and
crackles and lights out. They try the same cycle 3 MORE
TIMES within minutes and our nerves are fried!!!!
Obviously they dont know we have a branch on our wire
and think they have fixed the problems elsewhere and are
trying to re-set the system. We had tried to call out,
could not get them, so Wayne drove around the block to
find the crew to tell them it was at our house. He
found no one. He came running in and told me to call
911 so I tried to call. I got through, but it was
really broken up. I kept telling them but they could
only get broken up sounds and not understand me. I
yelled our address as loud as a I could several times
with my blood pressure rising and then the phone went
out. A couple minutes later the crew was here and all
was fixed.

DIVINE TIMING CONFIRMATION 3/14/11: Just as I am
looking up south wind, the following email came through

Prophecy

On May 7,
2005, while we were in Japan on the island of
Hokkaido, the Lord said: "This will be the year that
Japan changes - one way or another..As I have brought
you to the north (of Japan), I will also bring you to
the south to gather you. I have been awakening the north
wind to blow upon you now. When you gather in the
South (Okinawa) and decree
the south wind to come
forth, you will see a visible swirling of My Spirit in
Kobe, Kyoto and Tokyo. There will be a swirling,
surrounding wind that overtakes the nation.
This is the wind of
change. I will cause waves to come in such a way
that portions of the island are covered with water in
the center of this land. This will create a cry that
says, 'I must find
higher ground.' This is a time of awakening
that I am bringing to the northern point (Hokkaido
Island). What I awaken here will sweep across the whole
nation of Japan. The enemy would love to come through
the East gate and bring an adverse wind that would
change the course of the world. But if you will awaken
the North Wind this hour then seeds of revival will
begin to flow. My wind will blow open the resistance in
governmental people that is set against My plan and
devise to constrict My people. My wind will also open up
an economic understanding in My people."
We declared, "Awake, O north wind! Awaken the north
wind, and cause this garden that has been enclosed by
the enemy to open up so that these seeds of harvest will
come forth." We also shared that it will be heard on the
news that the nation of Japan is surrounded by wind.
This will be a sign that harvest will sweep that nation.
At that time I also encouraged the leadership to
establish schools of the prophets both on Hokkaido
Island (the far north) and Okinawa (the far south) to
keep the wind of God blowing and to neutralize the
demonic forces that are influencing and holding Japan in
captivity.

"South Wind- Deliverance
The South wind was the release of the third door that is
a deliverance wind. This release of His grace will begin
to set free those in prison and captivity to the
oppressions and snares of this world. The enemy has
imprisoned the body of Christ but now the Lord means to
bring deliverance.
Many are captured by fear, lust, jealousies, anger, and
no doubt many other tormenting adversaries. The
unveiling of this wind will bring liberty and freedom to
those willing to abandon their soul and yield their will
to the will of the Father.
The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He anointed
me to preach the gospel to the poor. He has sent me to
proclaim release to the captives, and recovery of sight
to the blind, to set free those who are downtrodden, to
proclaim the favorable year of the Lord. (Luke 4:18-19)
The South wind is the Spirit of Deliverance generated
to mark a people prepared to inherit the promises.
Throughout the Scriptures, the term "deliverance" is
most often associated with the concept of "drawing out"
and "setting apart." It is
to rescue, recover, and
cause to escape enemy oppressions by a body
of people who are delegated the freedom to worship God
in Spirit and in Truth.
Once delivered from the “net of the fowler,” we are free
to soar in the heavens to receive additional wisdom and
revelation essential for our maturity and growth.
It can also be
associated with the concept of childbirth. To
deliver something that has been germinating in the
spiritual womb of a body of people to birth Kingdom
purposes in the earth.

GIVING BIRTH IN TROUBLED TIMES

is a day of trouble, and rebuke, and blasphemy; for the
children have come to birth, but there is no strength to
bring them forth.
RHEMA 3/14/11 PROTECTED FROM THE WIND
HEARD: It's a pleasure serving you. Peace
over trauma.

HEARD: I personally protected you. Back then
and now too.
PIX: I saw a comic book cover that was called
MIGHTY. It was a black and yellow cover with a big
lightning bolt striking through the center.
HEARD: Where we once walked, I kept you
through it all.
[We had a vortex wind sweep through and break tree
branches on the corner, which in turn caused 6
explosions yesterday in the power lines.]
SUMMARY: Both Wayne and I prayed several times
together, united in intercession, decree, and also
binding and loosing to protect our home, stuff and
family. We had to stand through the storm, electricity
outage and the strong intimidation of the explosions,
knowing the enemy was behind them, because the
experiences followed our prayers of authority. We took
careful estimate of what we prayed and how we prayed to
make sure that we did not pray presumptuously or
aggressively against principalities. Never-the-less
when these things hit our territory/ home we are called
to STAND
strong in Jesus Name and armor.
WORD TO PONDER: STAND STRONG AGAINST DESTRUCTIVE
ELEMENTS 3/12/11
You are rapidly coming towards your promises and I have
called you to stand. The enemy is on alert and wants
you to fall back. It is not time to retreat, it is time
to stand strong and continue moving expectantly, knowing
there is great plunder after victory. Speak against
demonic destruction and death. Bind it, and loose
angels on assignment to war on your behalf. Declare the
blood line of Jesus Christ over you, your loved ones,
and your stuff. I have given you My Name and My
authority. Even as I spoke PEACE BE STILL and the wind
and waves obeyed, so shall it be for you, dear ones.
Fear not, for the Lord of host fights with you and all
are waiting for you to take your place in My advancing
army.

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in
the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of
God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of
the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and
blood, but against principalities, against powers,

spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having
done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your
waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of
righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the
