A PROPHETIC WORD
FUN/PUN:
Last night, at the Intercessors & Roundtable meeting,
one of our intercessors asked me for a piece of paper.
So I tore a 2x3” piece of paper off my notepad and
handed it to her and asked her if she wanted a pen! She
laughed and said she hesitated to see what she would get
if she said yes!
On the way home from
the meeting I was still chuckling about that and the
Lord put it in my heart to bring her a huge piece of
butcher paper tonight to church. So I unrolled a 3 x 5
foot sheet of paper and got my huge marking pen out. I
asked Him what I was suppose to do with it and it was
quickened to me to tape a tiny piece of torn paper at
the top and write a question on it. And then I wrote in
large letters the Word the Lord gave me, plus I added a
scripture at the bottom.
On the way to church,
the Lord told me this was a corporate Word. So when I
handed her the rolled up scroll, and told her it was a
Word from the Lord to her, she asked, “How big is it?”
Then she unrolled the scroll and read, “How
big do you want it?”
1 Cor 2:9 NKJV
But as it is
written: "Eye has not seen , nor ear heard, nor have
entered into the heart of man the things which God has
prepared for those who love Him."
Then she read the tiny
piece of paper that was taped to the top of the scroll.
It said, “Just a little piece.... or:”
The Lord was setting us
up for His Word to follow! We walked into to
pre-service prayer meeting and during prayer I saw a
huge pearl that I was lifting up to Him. It was about
5” in diameter. As I was pondering what the pearl
meant, the following scriptures came to me.
Matt 13:44-46 NKJV
"Again, the kingdom
of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a
man found and hid; and for joy over it he goes and sells
all that he has and buys that field. “Again, the kingdom
of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls,
who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went
and sold all that he had and bought it.
HEARD:
A field of great price. A field of plenty.
REVELATION: I was really taken
with the size of that pearl and asked Him what He
meant. Then all of a sudden He brought back to memory
the pearl Word He gave me years ago about birthing a
pearl and because it was in a season of delay it would
grow 10 times larger. The Lord gave me a fun Word about
that called, “Laid an Egg, Birthed a Pearl.”
As I realized He was
talking to me about that pearl that had grown from 1/8th
inch to about 5 inches, I thought, “WOW Lord, I see the
pearl! That means it is made manifest, it is not in its
shell anymore. You are saying that after years of
delay, the delay is over and it must be time to birth
old promises!!!”
CONFIRMATION:
The next intercessor that was leading in English as we
backed in tongues, suddenly declared, “It is time to
breakthrough delay!!! Later he said, “We will not be
held back any more!”
WHAT WAS BOUGHT:
I began to think about hearing the field of great price
when in the scripture, it says the pearl of great
price. In the first verse the man finds the treasure in
the field, then hides it again, and goes and sells all
he has to purchase the field. And in the next one, a
man finds a pearl and sells all he has to obtain it. On
both instances, they sold everything they had to obtain
such a treasure.
The Lord was saying to
me that those of us who have suffered through a long
delay of promises, and spent a huge sacrifice in order
to obtain that promise, that even if we have put
everything we had in order to obtain that one treasure,
that what we have purchased is a field of plenty. At
that moment I shouted, “More than enough!!!! You are
God of More than Enough!” I realized that not only do I
have the one huge pearl, but it is in a huge field and
it is stuffed with More than Enough!
Later during church I
was praying about a couple who wanted a son and had
waited many years to get pregnant. My faith rose up and
said, “Lord, I have a son for them in that field of
plenty!!!! I call forth their son in Jesus Name!”
THE QUESTION:
The Lord is asking us, what do we want? Are we asking
for just a little piece? Or...... HOW BIG DO WE WANT
IT?
1 Cor 2:9 NKJV
But as it is
written: "Eye has not seen , nor ear heard, nor have
entered into the heart of man the things which God has
prepared for those who love Him."
