12/11/08 WELL WORN PATH – HOLY HIGHWAY

Messages to come, a powerful approval as you stay holy.  Yes My way, Isa 35.  A well worn path for those who are trying to foot.  They will not fall or fail, they will be sustained.  And kept in purity.  I will teach them.  They are Mine says the Lord of hosts. 

3/29/13  FOLLOWING HIS PATH

I saw wheels of a wagon riding through deep ruts in a dirt road.   This company continues in the path of life.  The pathways of life, deeply committed.  A well-worn path.   Deeply hungry.  Passion.  Narrow way. 

Watch and be aware.  Fellowship improvement.  Load bearing wall. 

Load bearing wall is an interesting phrase.  I watch a lot of renovation shows with Anna and most of the people who buy homes want to have open living space so they break out the walls to have living, dining and kitchen in sight without walls.  In so doing, they first take down the walls and put up temporary diagonal wall braces where the wall was.  Then they put large beam headers across the open area.  These headers are expensive but strengthen the outside walls to be able to hold the roof. 

INTERPRETATION AND APPLICATION:  This is a parable about our need for spiritual expansion with more room in our living place with the Lord and others.  The Lord needs to break the old walls down, brace that cleared area with confirmations, then establish a header that is able to bear more weight for our protection.  The header is an expensive set of spiritual experiences that is bonded together, creating a strong faith that remains steady and firm.  This new established faith is able to stand and support much weight. 

The bottom line is that we cannot have expansion without the faith to support it.  How is your faith doing?

Faith is my persuaded, moral conviction of God’s truth.
As I believe, so I am. As I believe, so I become.
It is impossible to have faith without action because
To have faith without works is dead.

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

NOW FAITH is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].

WORD O’ GRAM:  FAITH IS INVISIBLE REALITY

The world that we see was made from something invisible.  That “something” is the spoken command of God.  Listen for His Word and see things change. Invisible hosts heed His voice, do His Word and bring forth His pleasure.

WORD TO PONDER:  REMAIN RESOLUTE 6/22/19

Dear ones, the war against your faith is raging.  Keep your mind, heart, will and emotions fixed on Me, the author and finisher of your faith.  Remain determined to cling to My Word.  Stay purposeful in what you do for Me.  Be adamant with a bull dog faith that never lets go.  Let your faith be unbending, unrelenting, unflinching, unshakeable, deliberate and unfaltering.  Yes dear one, I have been building within you a resolute faith to be My overcomer.  I began this good work within you and I will finish it. 

1 Timothy 6:12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you are also called, and have professed a good profession before many witnesses.

2 Timothy 4:7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:

2 Timothy 2:3 You therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
