WORD TO PONDER: IN DANGER
OF A LANDSLIDE 8/30/06
Precious one, build a
covering around your loved ones by staying away from all
that is not edifying. Ask yourself, does this build?
Does this help? What you listen to is what they hear.
What you speak is how they will speak. Is this
something that builds character, thought life, morals,
choices? Does it encourage and inspire living a holy
and scriptural life? Help your children stay away from
danger by building a hedge to protect them with your own
godly choices.
Phil 4:8 KJV
Finally, brethren,
whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are
honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things
are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever
things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and
if there be any praise, think on these things.
Eph 4:29-32 NKJV
Let no corrupt word
proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for
necessary edification , that it may impart grace to the
hearers. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by
whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all
bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be
put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one
another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as
God in Christ forgave you.
1 Thess 5:11 NKJV
Therefore comfort each
other and edify one another, just as you also are doing.
