1/19/18 FINDING YOUR PLACE - INSTINCT

I dreamed I was going to teach a few people a lesson on hearing the Lord.  A lady got up and said she had a door close due to her music being rejected in some way.  She began organizing oranges and I waited for her to come back to the table.  Instead of returning she got distracted and went outside and when I called her, she then asked someone else to join us.  While we were waiting for her to return, in front of me there were some misc placemats with various designs on them and I began turning them around and using them as frames for different pictures that were on the placemats.

She returned and the class was twice the size now.  I explained to them that one time I went through a season where it changed and I could no longer “do” what I had been doing for so long.  I was thinking of the time I got really sick and could no longer play the keyboard on the worship team.  I looked around the room and noticed some retired men who didn’t know what to do with their lives, along with other women who were at a stand-still regarding their gifts. 

I told them this class on hearing the Lord was about INSTINCT.  When things change for us, we need to follow our hearts and what God has put on the inside.  We naturally gravitate to what is put into our hands and do what is natural to do with such.  I thought of my playing with the placemats and naturally gravitating to put them into some sort of picture frame because I had been painting pictures.  I used the example of seeing what is put into our hands at the moment and what would we instinctively do with that?  When we pray at crossroads, we naturally follow where He draw us.  Sometimes it is a journey to that new place.  Sometimes it is simply doing what is at hand to do.

When I woke, I heard, When the light comes on, I can do something else.  You have choices.  Think outside the box.

Romans 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

John 3:8 The wind blows where it wills, and you hear the sound thereof, but can not tell from where it came, and where it goes: so is everyone that is born of the Spirit.

(INSTINCTUAL) GIFTS FOR MY BRIDE, MY WIFE  1/22/00

I have a gift for you, one of honor.  For you are My wife.  You are the one who feeds My children sweet milk.  I shall give you gifts to impart merely by instinct.  You won’t even need to hear or understand, it shall be by the feel and touch to your heart from Mine.  It shall be all that you could ask or think.  Even now I send these gifts on their way.  They won’t look like the established mold, like one following another on a conveyor belt.  Rather these gifts will be perfectly cut for you.  They will fit your personality where together, you and I will reach out and touch.  And I will send you helpers and they shall help you carry the load.  We have many children to feed and equip!
