Philippians 4:8-9 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things
are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things
are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are
lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be
any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these
things. 9 Those things, which you have both learned, and
received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of
peace shall be with you.
WORD TO PONDER: MATURITY IN
FELLOWSHIP 5/10/18
Heaven culture is all about loving Me and loving others. I
am bringing My people into maturity as to how they relate to
one another. The maturity of a man’s heart is known by the
words he speaks.
To the degree you put effort into nurturing pure and helpful
thoughts, and to the degree that you seek to have My mind in
what I think, is your level of maturity in how you relate to
others. This is also true as to the level that I can speak
to you. I always see a person’s heart and weigh their
behavior through the obstacles they face and thus their
need. I see them through the eyes of love. As you learn
how to sanctify your thoughts and think through My thoughts,
you will find yourself growing rapidly in mature fellowship
with Me and others. I delight in seeing you grow up into My
full image of love!
Luke 6:45 A good man out of the good treasure of his
heart brings forth that which is good; and an evil man out
of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth that which is
evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.
Malachi 3:16 Then they that feared the LORD spoke often
one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a
book of remembrance was written before him for them that
feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name.
Luke 6:44-46 For every tree is known by its own fruit.
For from thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble
bush gather they grapes. 45 A good man out of the good
treasure of his heart brings forth that which is good; and
an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings
forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart
his mouth speaks. 46 And why call me, Lord, Lord, and do not
the things which I say?
