MOVING IN KINDNESS 4/24/09
WAYNE WORD: Wayne saw a ripe tomato growing
on a vine.
BOB JONES QUOTE ON THE KINDNESS – one of the fruits of
the Spirit
“It was the tomato. It was big like a heart. All kind of
seeds in it. Big hearted. Kindness means very generous.
More than just money, it means time. Very generous in
all the ways.”
UPDATE CONFIRMATION: I received a spam ad a couple days
later entitled, “Nurture Kindness.”
WORD TO PONDER: THE LIBERALITY OF MY LOVING KINDNESS
10/13/06
I AM placing a bigger heart within the desires of My
dear ones. My very nature is loving-kindness. I pour My
good gifts out liberally to all and it is My earnest
desire that My own ones dispense even more of the gifts
that I give to them. With a bigger portion of My heart,
their hearts will beat with a non stop throb to give,
give, give, and give some more. They shall give of their
time, their wisdom and counsel, their supporting
encouragement, their energy, their tangible and
spiritual gifts, their assets, all that I have given,
they shall freely give.
Those who tap into this impartation will understand,
know and experience My promise: The generous prosper and
are satisfied; those who refresh others will themselves
be refreshed. Their very giving will become their pool
of resources, all that they need personally will come
from what they share.
Ex 34:6-8 AMP
And the Lord passed by before him, and proclaimed, The
Lord! the Lord! a God merciful and gracious, slow to
anger, and abundant in loving-kindness and truth,
Keeping mercy and loving-kindness for thousands,
forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, but Who
will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity
of the fathers upon the children and the children's
children, to the third and fourth generation. And Moses
made haste to bow his head toward the earth and
worshiped.
Prov 11:25 NKJV
The generous soul will be made rich, and he who waters
will also be watered himself.
Prov 11:25 AMP
The liberal person shall be enriched, and he who waters
shall himself be watered. [2 Cor 9:6-10.]

UPDATE
4/25/09 SOMEONE’S STORY from facebook
The Power of Kindness
"...be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one
another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you."
(Ephesians 4:32)
Today as I was at the library I experienced the power of
kindness. Feeling self pity and "in the dumps," I was
caught off guard by the politeness of the library
attendant who offered to put my book away as I was about
to leave.
And then, after exiting the library, a man sitting just
outside the facility said, "Have a good weekend." There
was genuine care in his voice as he shared. Wow! Instant
change. My mood shifted from darkness to light, from
sadness to cheer.
As I walked toward home, a homeless lady was sitting on
a bench along the street. What could I do but greet her
with the same kindness that I had experienced! And who
knows but that she was lifted up as well.
Earlier today I had wanted to go out and preach at the
waterfront here in Baltimore. But after not finding any
parking place or sensing any anointing, I returned home.
What I didn't realize was that God wanted to teach me a
new form of evangelism. "Kindness evangelism!"
Be kind to someone. You never know how much they need it
or what a difference it will make in their life! |
