RHEMA 12/13/08  THE HOLY HIGHWAY BRINGS HEALING

REVELATION:  The Lord opened my eyes and I suddenly saw that these 2 scriptures connect and were meant to be together. I have been asking the Lord for many months why He called the redeemed ones fools in Isa 35.  When connecting both scriptures, it is obvious the fools are ones who were disciplined because they constantly were warned and still went astray and once they get up onto the holy highway, they will be healed.  I am a fool and desire to walk this highway and never leave.

Heb 12:9-13 NKJV

Furthermore, we have had human fathers who corrected us, and we paid them respect. Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live? 10 For they indeed for a few days chastened us as seemed best to them, but He for our profit, that we may be partakers of His holiness. 11 Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.  Therefore strengthen the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees , 13 and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be dislocated, but rather be healed.

Isa 35:3-36:1 NKJV

Strengthen the weak hands, And make firm the feeble knees. 4 Say to those who are fearful-hearted, "Be strong, do not fear! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, With the recompense of God; He will come and save you." 5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, And the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. 6 Then the lame shall leap like a deer, And the tongue of the dumb sing. For waters shall burst forth in the wilderness, And streams in the desert. 7 The parched ground shall become a pool, And the thirsty land springs of water; In the habitation of jackals, where each lay, There shall be grass with reeds and rushes.  8 A highway shall be there, and a road, And it shall be called the Highway of Holiness. The unclean shall not pass over it, But it shall be for others. Whoever walks the road, although a fool, Shall not go astray. 9 No lion shall be there, Nor shall any ravenous beast go up on it; It shall not be found there. But the redeemed shall walk there,  10 And the ransomed of the LORD shall return, And come to Zion with singing, With everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness, And sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

Yes precious one, I have disciplined you so that you will walk in My path of right choices.  My discipline always brings the fruit of rightful living.  My discipline, no matter how much it hurts brings peace and reconciliation between us. 

Choose My path, the straight and narrow path of My holy highway.  Release your fears to Me, release your will to My will.  I will not only save you, but I will also release healings streams into your desert place.  You will walk without limping.  Your knees and hands shall be strengthened and you will not go astray.  The devourer will be out of bounds and off limits to My path.  It is yours as you return to Me, purchased and redeemed with My blood.  Come now, the highway is prepared.  Flee sorrow, flee sighing and enter into My joy and gladness.

Mic 4:6-7 NKJV

"In that day," says the LORD, "I will assemble the lame, I will gather the outcast  and those whom I have afflicted;  I will make the lame a remnant, And the outcast a strong nation; So the LORD will reign over them in Mount Zion From now on, even forever.
