Overcoming
Famine for Hearing
RHEMA 12/13/05
AH: Tonight I turned with Anointed Hands
to the poem, overcoming the pain of silence. It is
exactly where I am right now.
{Oh Papa I don't want to stop hearing You, or stop
writing for those who need to hear the things You share
with me! Bring us not into famine Lord, keep us daily
supplied Papa! Please help me to breakthrough the
resistance I face!!
AH: POEM: OVERCOMING THE PAIN OF SILENCE 6/07/04
As I collect my focus to You this day, my heart finds
its peace away from the fray. I have learned a lesson I
will never forget, that fellowship tasted, is joy deeply
met.
How deep Your pain is when we come and go, in and out of
Your life, as our ebbs do flow. How can You live with
touch and go - except that Your grip is much deeper than
we know? So hold on tight as I wince and wane. Keep me
from running as I face the flame. Turn my pain into
passion and light my way, as I yield to You and to what
You say.
Let love remain firm and in its place, as communion
without Words deepens before Your face. In times of
silence, in times of despair, help me always to know You
are there. Reaching beyond the distant miles, bowels of
intercession bridge me for awhile. Carry me through
this, Lord I pray. Open the windows of heaven to us this
day. Let the silence be broken, as we receive Your
token. That we can hear, as You draw near.
Abba, thank You.
Ps 28:1-2 NKJV
To You I will cry, O LORD my Rock: Do not be silent
to me, lest, if You are silent to me, I become like
those who go down to the pit. Hear the voice of my
supplications when I cry to You.
STRONG ANSWER TO PRAYER: Immediately I turned to
the following Word to Ponder and it is the answer to
times when we are in famine for hearing God.
IT TAKES TWO 8/03/04
My love is limitless. It knows no boundaries in all of
heaven and all of earth. Deep within the heart of men,
when their wills keep Me at bay, I AM relentless to
break through their walls. I will knock, and knock and
knock and knock. Yet finally, because I know their level
of resistance, I will back away and approach them at
their own level of need for Me. I want to reach them
more, I want to connect on deeper levels but it is to
the exact degree of their own passion and fears that
they open wide their mouth for Me to fill. Because of
their lack of passion, the mouth of their hearts can
only stretch so far, so then much of what is sent ends
up being cast aside. When they grow hungrier for Me, I
will again meet them at their level of need. This is
similar to famines and fastings that make a starving
soul ripe and ready for anything we can give them.
Amos 8:11 KJV
Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I
will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread,
nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the
LORD:
MORE CONFIRMATION, ANSWER:
Then I turned with AH to the following Word to Ponder:
DRAWING UPON MY PROPHETS 10/01/02
Mother's milk is kept flowing by the demands of a hungry
baby. Likewise, it is the hunger of My people that keep
the gifts of My prophetic ones flowing. The hungry cry
out to Me in their thirst and need. I answer their cries
in many ways, and one of them is to bond them with My
prophetic voice. Even as a baby learns to suck, so My
people learn to draw upon My prophets for My Words for
them. It is My way, My voice, My touch to a desperate
world.
Do not take the glory for this, for this is My work for
the love of My children. Merely understand the process
and know that I am establishing My Word through the
gifts of prophecy. Let My milk flow freely for all to be
nourished, supplied and equipped.
“Now I, John, saw and heard these things. And when I
heard and saw, I fell down to worship before the feet of
the angel who showed me these things. Then he said to
me, "See that you do not do that. For I am your fellow
servant, and of your brethren the prophets, and of those
who keep the words of this book. Worship God.” (Rev
22:8-9 NKJV)
QUICKENED QUOTE: If you don't go into the
kitchen, you wont get burned, but you will go hungry.

BREAKTHROUGH ON THE OF FAMINE OF HEARING
RHEMA 12/28/05 GRADUATE TO CLEAR SPEECH
HEARD: will you come play and listen to Me?
Fluent expression. So where do we go from here? CLEAR
SPEECH. Communion.
VISION: I saw a goblet of red wine being held
up in a toast.
HEARD: Graduate.
VISION: I saw a swishing across the sky with
graduated colors and twinkles as though with a divine
paint brush.
HEARD: Pure highlights. I was thinking about
finishing the story. Filling in the blank spaces.
Shame. Ouch. Get rid of it. Not My will. Freedom
comes from the inside out. Trust. Level of faith.
Apprehension. Behind you. Keep your focus on Me, not
where you have been.
Listen. I want you healthy. Your sadness. Let's do
this together. We won. Fun! Joy bubbles galore. POP.
Seeing things from a new perspective.
It's been a long time since we just talked. I love
you My daughter. Finding ways to communicate. All over
the place. Smile. You listen.
Grief. I understand. How you feel. Famine of hearing.
Shallow. They turn this way and that, but never to Me.
Searching and not finding. In the wrong places.
Matt 6:31-34 NKJV
"Therefore do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?'
or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For
after all these things the Gentiles seek . For your
heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness,
and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do
not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about
its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own
trouble.
John 6:26-27 NKJV
Jesus answered them and said, "Most assuredly, I say
to you, you seek Me, not because you saw the signs, but
because you ate of the loaves and were filled. Do not
labor for the food which perishes, but for the food
which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man
will give you, because God the Father has set His seal
on Him."
