RHEMA 6/13/10 PERSISTENT HUNGER
FOR HIS WORD
HEARD:
You are a faithful watchman. Persistent. After My own
heart. I will bring you, your food, I promise.
PIX:
I saw a spinning top.
PIX:
I saw a kitty cat batting the spinning top.
HEARD:
Jacob.
{Spinning means to wait upon the
Lord}
{Jacob was persistent and
wrestled with God for the blessing. Although he had to
learn about boundaries, God loved his passion.}
QUICKENED EXPERIENCE 8/14/05
Today
while eating lunch we saw a mother bird feed a
fledgling. They were standing on a branch of our tree.
The baby was the same height as the mother bird but he
was twice as fat. Every time the mother bird would bring
him food, he was flapping his wings so fast they were
almost a blur. He was practicing his instinct to flutter
in faith while Mama was near. We watched them lean
together beak to beak as she shared her meal.
It was a tender moment where I realized that so many
mothers and fathers in the Lord are feeding those who
are coming up in the ranks. They have no idea who they
are really feeding. They are feeding tomorrow’s leaders
who are twice the size that they are themselves. They
have chosen to serve and raise the young. They have
chosen to fulfill the very instinct that God has planted
in each of them to do. It is good.
WORD TO PONDER: WHO YOU ARE FEEDING 8/14/05
You mothers and fathers who are feeding those who are
coming up in the ranks, you have no idea who you are
really feeding. You are feeding tomorrow’s leaders who
are twice the size that you are yourselves. You have
chosen to serve and raise the young. You have chosen to
fulfill the very instinct that I have planted in each of
you to do. It is good.
