PROMISES STRETCHING BETWEEN HEAVEN AND EARTH 4/02/08
Stretching for His Double Portioned
READER'S DREAM:
Dear Sandy,
I had a dream recently in which myself and a friend were
'flying' high above the clouds, we were riding the wind
while holding onto some ropes connected to the earth.
I could see the land at one stage with a band of riders
on horses passing underneath and was watching them when
I heard a 'swish' gone past us, I looked around and saw
2 horsemen with huge horses and what looked like
carriages trailing behind them riding up into the
heavens at a tremendous speed.
It happened so fast, I only had a glimpse of them and
wanted to follow as I shouted in excitement , but I
could not let go of the rope I was holding onto and knew
I had to return to earth soon. it was all very exciting.

QUICKENED QUOTE: The same day that the above
dream was sent, my eye glanced at the bottom of an
incoming email that said: “When you reach the end of
your rope you will find the hem of His garment.”
This was my confirmation that the Lord wanted me to post
this dream.
INSERT ROPE
RHEMA 12/17/07
HEARD: Commitment. No I am not leaving you.
He’s a life line and you are his.
PIX: I saw the words, Rope in Word.
HEARD: Yes. Point. What’s the powerful
message in that? To direct. Directions, how to.
RHEMA 12/30/07
HEARD: Grace. Wound, I know it hurts. Come
with Me.
PIX: I saw an arrow that was aiming to be
shot. The arrow had a rope on it as though to draw or
retrieve someone.
HEARD: Draw into My likeness. Character.

blest be the tie that binds
lyrics by
John Fawcett and music written by
Hans G. Nägeli.[
Blest be the tie that binds
Our hearts in Christian love;
The fellowship of kindred minds
Is like to that above.
Before our Father’s throne
We pour our ardent prayers;
Our fears, our hopes, our aims are one
Our comforts and our cares.
We share each other’s woes,
Our mutual burdens bear;
And often for each other flows
The sympathizing tear.
When we asunder part,
It gives us inward pain;
But we shall still be joined in heart,
And hope to meet again.
This glorious hope revives
Our courage by the way;
While each in expectation lives,
And longs to see the day.
From sorrow, toil and pain,
And sin, we shall be free,
And perfect love and friendship reign
Through all eternity.
QUICKENED SCRIPTURE: It was suddenly quickened
to me that when Elijah was taken with the horse and
chariot, that his mantle was given to his student on
earth. I saw that the stretching we are in right now is
the great transition in hanging onto promises of His
double portion from passing generations of dunamis
power.
WORD TO PONDER: PROMISES STRETCHING BETWEEN HEAVEN
AND EARTH 4/02/08
Sometimes there is tension as you stretch between your
earthly ties and your heavenly ties. Your soul becomes
taunt with choices to let go and move onward into your
spiritual inheritances, or hang on and bring others with
you. Yes beloved ones, these ties are strong and those
that are fortified by My love are My call upon your life
to hang on. Those ties that are carnal and earthy, I
will send the arrow of My Words through your prayers and
draw all to Me and into My likeness and character. I
have lassoed you and all that concerns you, My love.
If you ever feel like you have come to the end of your
rope and are not able to get up, always remember that
the hem of My garment is very near you. I AM in heaven,
but My feet are on earth. I still walk with you
everyday precious one. I understand all that has
brought you to My feet.
Trust Me that all My promises of double portion mantles
are ready to fall upon the earth from passing
generations. Precious ones, you may have held on to My
promises with your last breath. But you may very well
find that the hem of that garment you cling to IS your
promised mantle, waiting for you.
2 Kings 2:10-14 NKJV
So he said, "You have asked a hard thing.
Nevertheless, if you see me when I am taken from you, it
shall be so for you; but if not, it shall not be so." 11
Then it happened, as they continued on and talked, that
suddenly a chariot of fire appeared with horses of fire,
and separated the two of them; and Elijah went up by a
whirlwind into heaven.
12 And Elisha saw it, and he cried out, "My father,
my father, the chariot of Israel and its horsemen!" So
he saw him no more. And he took hold of his own clothes
and tore them into two pieces. 13 He also took up the
mantle of Elijah that had fallen from him, and went back
and stood by the bank of the Jordan. 14 Then he took the
mantle of Elijah that had fallen from him, and struck
the water, and said, "Where is the LORD God of Elijah?"
And when he also had struck the water, it was divided
this way and that; and Elisha crossed over. |
