RHEMA 3/07/10  PROPHESYING & STIRRING SPIRITUAL GIFTS

Heard:  Praying for the mind of Christ.  What’s this all about?  I will meet you at your point of need.  The gift to prophesy.  Humility.  If you need help, pray.

[We are practicing and stirring our spiritual gifts by prophesying in one of our QW Classes.  The Lord is truly pouring out upon us and confirming us.]

1 Cor 14:1-5 NKJV

Pursue love, and desire spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy . For he who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God, for no one understands him; however, in the spirit he speaks mysteries. But he who prophesies speaks edification and exhortation and comfort to men. He who speaks in a tongue edifies himself, but he who prophesies edifies the church. I wish you all spoke with tongues, but even more that you prophesied; for he who prophesies is greater than he who speaks with tongues, unless indeed he interprets, that the church may receive edification.

WORD TO PONDER:  STIRRING YOUR SPIRITUAL GIFTS  3/07/10

I AM stirring My spiritual gifts in My body.  I AM placing the desire to teach, learn and share spiritual gifts among My people.  Take advantage of this season because it is time to re-activate you and send you forth to the harvest fields.  I will work with you to give you My Word and power to be My witnesses.  Trust, lean and draw from Me everything you need to reach a hurting world. 

Acts 1:8 NKJV

But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.
