SOAKING IN HIS PRESENCE

VISION: I saw a hand spreading out.

HEARD: That’s the anointing. That’s the release. Power flow. Release My Word. Stirring. You can feel the wind. Spirit. Woosh. Tabernacle. Follow the anointing to where it leads you.

VISION / DREAM EXPERIENCE:

I was in some church that was having a visiting evangelist. (I should have known that he was an angel, because this "evangelist" was about 7 feet tall and towered over the people!) He stood at the podium and said, "Sandy, where’s Sandy? I want to pray for Sandy. Please come forward." I waited a while trying to decide if I was the Sandy. No one came forward and I really wanted to be prayed for, so I left all my paper and rhema notebooks scattered all over on shelves and chairs. (smile)

Since I had waited and hesitated so long, he started ministering to the audience and the Presence of God literally emanated from him everywhere he went. I could see that the anointing extended about 40 feet out from him. As he walked around, people fell under the power of God in waves up to about 40 feet away from him. It was an awesome meeting. He never actually touched anyone. I kept following him around as he ministered to people. I did not want to interrupt his ministry to say, "I am Sandy" but never-the-less I kept following him around waiting and waiting for my turn!

The Lord’s Presence was very strong. As he approached, twice I saw rows about 4 to 5 deep of people fall like dominoes in slow motion. At one time, I was in the front row of a long line of people waiting to be touched. As he approached, we all fell back in slow motion and my stomach did a flip flop exactly as though it was a roller coaster. Twice, as rows of people fell all at once like dominoes, I saw rows of birds take off and fly in the exact same motion as the people falling. (I’d had a past vision where birds taking off in flight represented angels being loosed on assignment.)

I did not want to leave, because I hadn’t been specifically prayed for! Finally it was the end of the meeting, and almost everyone had gone home. He was still ministering to a few people and the power of God was so strong that he also fell under the power. I could literally feel His awesome Presence and power in this vision / dream experience. The Lord’s power was so strong that I was on my hands and knees. I saw his feet and thought, "If I can just touch his feet!" I crawled very slowly as though through water and grabbed onto his feet. I had a tenacious grip and would not let go and it seemed like I hung on for the rest of the night!

Sometimes we would change positions and our feet were touching feet to feet. Another time, the man sized companion of the "evangelist" came over while I was holding on, and reached forth and touched my tummy. I didn’t know what he was praying for, but I was in agreement. The Lord’s power continued to emanate and I was thoroughly soaked in His Presence. Several times I shook all over. It was an awesome and wonderful experience.

HEARD [Upon waking]: The Holy Spirit has spent hours with you and you have been soaking in His Presence. Honey, it sticks.

REOCCURRING VISION: Through out the night I kept seeing my hands being placed in honey. As I took them out, they were dripping with it. This hands occurrence continued throughout the night.

Butter and honey shall he eat, that he may know to refuse the evil, and choose the good.

REOCCURRING SONG: I kept hearing throughout the night, "Every good and perfect gift comes from above."

James 1:17-18 NKJV

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.

SANDY COMMENTS: This is a good example of how we are to be tenacious and persistent in our pursuits of the Lord. I literally experienced this wonderful ministry without going to an expensive conference, without standing in line or sitting all day in uncomfortable chairs. I experienced this wonderful touch in my own bed at home! Praise Him!

The Holy Spirit said prior to this experience, to follow the anointing to where it led me. Often when I am about to receive a special experience in the Lord, He announces His Presence in some way to touch my heart and bring it into a receptive place. This experience was a long set up, whereby I closely followed His anointing all the while experiencing the Lord’s Presence in degrees until the final grand finale!

Since we were connected feet to feet at one time, I believe this represented one of the angels assigned to me in future ministry. This would probably be after the rhema journals are either done or it is time to do something else. When my name was called, my hesitation to come forward is a good parable of our human nature. "ME? Are You SURE it is me? Surely, You mean someone else?" And if we are the hesitant kind of person and not the bold-in-your-face-go-for-it-kind… then the Lord gives us plenty of advance preparation, and He DRAWS us to follow Him. Obviously, I REALLY like the Lord’s Presence and I was willing to hang around politely waiting for "my turn" to be prayed for… and that also was a set up. He draws us reluctant ones and knows exactly what we need to come forth and be in the place He wants us to be!

WORD TO PONDER: SENDING YOU WITH MY ANOINTING

There is coming a day when I will be calling you to leave behind your preparatory years and follow My anointing into tangible places. I will be calling you to stretch forth your hands, for your hands will be dripping in My anointing and it shall stick like sweet honey. You shall find a great release and a powerful flow to release My Word. You shall feel the wind and a stirring of My Spirit. Follow the anointing and go where it leads you. I shall always provide.

I have assigned to you a powerful angel that will accompany you. He will go forth with My power as you follow Me in the anointing. It shall be released in waves up to 40 feet away as you walk around and follow My Presence. This will be a visible manifestation of My touch. I will spend hours with you and those you minister to, while you all are soaking in My Presence. There will be times when My Presence will be so thick that all you will be able to do is crawl.
