ABOUT THE SECOND HEAVEN AND PROPHESY 2/20/14
The
second heaven is the band of atmosphere above
earth, where the principalities and rulers live.
Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and
blood, but against principalities, against powers,
against the rulers of the darkness of this world,
against spiritual wickedness in heavenly places.
God created everything for His own purposes, and He uses
them for such. When the devil fell and took 1/3 of the
angels with him, principalities fell too and their
domain is in the second heaven. God could have
destroyed evil when they fell, by sending them to the
lake of fire at that time. He instead allowed evil to
stay so that all who are given free will, would have a
chance to make their own choice in whom they will
serve. Until the full redemptive plan comes forth into
the earth, evil remains and is under God’s jurisdiction
to help purge and test the earth.
There are still 2/3rds more good principalities and
scripture doesn’t tell us if they abide in the 3rd
heaven or the 2nd heaven. I have seen both
and am unsure where the holy ones dwell. I know it is
UP and my sense is that they dwell in the 3rd
heaven with the Father. Scripture tells us they live in
heavenly places and Jesus sits far above them.
Colossians 1:16-17 For by him were all things
created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth,
visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or
dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were
created by him, and for him: 17 And he is before all
things, and by him all things are held together.
Ephesians 1:19-21 And what is the exceeding greatness
of his power toward us who believe, according to the
working of his mighty power, 20 Which he performed in
Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at
his own right hand in the heavenly places, 21 Far above
all principality, and power, and might, and dominion,
and every name that is named, not only in this age, but
also in that which is to come:
Ephesians 3:10-11 To the intent that now unto the
principalities and powers in heavenly places might be
known by the church the manifold wisdom of God, 11
According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in
Christ Jesus our Lord:
Sometimes prophetic people receive revelations from the
second heaven and think it is God. The devil’s purpose
is very simple: he kills, steals and destroys. The
devil is bad news and there is nothing good in him. The
devil is a liar and prophesies lies. His ways are
deceptive where he steals the truth and then perverts
and twists it. If he releases only lies no one would
believe him, so he takes portions of truth and bends it
for his own purposes.
John 10:10 The thief comes not, but to steal, and to
kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have
life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
John 8:44 You are of your father the devil, and the
lusts of your father you will do. He was a murderer from
the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there
is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks of
his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
2 Corinthians 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as
the serpent beguiled Eve through his cunning, so your
minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in
Christ.
The devil can give prophetic people dreams, visions,
voices, and supernatural encounters. These experiences
are why it is vital to mature in God so that we are able
to
discern between the holy and the profane and
throw out all that is mixture. The only pure gift is a
GOOD gift and only the Father can send us good gifts.
This makes discernment very simple if you reduce it to
childlike knowledge of what is good.
James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is
from above, and comes down from the Father of lights,
with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
Hebrews 5:14 But solid food belongs to them that are
of full age, even those who by reason of use have their
senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
REASONS WHY PEOPLE RECEIVE SECOND HEAVEN REVELATIONS
There are reasons why prophetic people are getting
second heaven revelations and not pure revelation
without mixture.

They have
soul wounds that are portholes to the demonic. This
can come through un-forgiveness, bitterness and repeat
offenses that compound wounds.
·
Their focus is on
bad news and negative perspectives.
·
They watch carnal
TV and media.
·
They
expect bad things for the future.
·
They have
open doors of fear in their souls and they fear
loss.
·
They do not
walk in peace.
·
They have more
faith in the power of the devil than in God to keep
them.
·
They do not understand God’s pure love or
His
Sovereignty in their lives.
·
They have not gone through death to self
in
circumcising their hearts.
DARKNESS EXPOSED
Most of the negative revelations released are shedding
light on the demonic intent. God allows this for His
purposes. The devil wants this for his purposes. It is
important to understand their two contrasting purposes.
Ephesians 5:11-13 And have no fellowship with the
unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
12 For it is a shame even to speak of those things which
are done of them in secret. 13 But all things that are
reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever
does make manifest is light.
John 3:19-20 And this is the condemnation, that light
is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather
than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For
everyone that does evil hates the light, neither comes
to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed.
THE DEVIL’S PLAN
The devil is using the prognosticators of the day to
prophesy his news. The prognosticators are the media in
tv, advertisement, newspapers, internet, etc. They are
spreading lies, rumors and focus on tragedy and bad
news. The prognosticators are also coming through
witchcraft, new age and other religions. And finally
the prognosticators are coming through false prophesy
among deceived Christians.
Through the prognosticators, it is the devils intent to:

Breed fear
·
Oppose faith in God
·
Capitalize on bad news
·
Honor rebellion
·
Cause the world to fall asleep to the
truth in God
·
Offer carnal entertainment to escape
stress
·
Cause blindness to his plans towards the
antichrist
·
Deceive Christians
·
Get people’s focus off God and onto evil
GOD EXPOSES THE DEVIL’S PLAN FOR HIS PURPOSE
When God’s light shines on a dark plan, it is very
important to understand WHY. It isn’t to cause people
to believe and accept the devil’s plan, it is for the
purpose to REJECT
it.
1 John 3:8B For this purpose the Son of God was
manifested, that he might destroy the works of the
devil.

Do not believe the bad plans of the enemy
·
Raise a standard against the plans of the
enemy
·
Pray against the demonic plans
·
Refuse the demonic plans
·
Take authority over the demonic plans
·
Stand in the gap against the demonic plans
through sacrifice and holy life
·
Cast your holy vote by what you watch,
what you spend your money on, at the polls, what you
speak about and making righteous choices
If you believe the devil’s plan, that is what you
receive and that is exactly what will happen. Your
faith in the revelation activates this. When this
happens, you are misunderstanding the revelation is from
the second heaven and is not the pure intent of
the Father or purpose.
WHAT SHOULD THE PROPHETS DO WITH CARRION
Eagles eat snakes, and eagles eat carrion. An eagle
eats a live snake, when he foresees a demonic plot, and
is sent to destroy it and then he eats the victory of
the demonic defeat as his meat. It strengthens one when
he is sent with purpose to defeat the demonic plan.
Carrion is strong meat, but it is filthy dead meat and
not a fresh kill. Dead meat is full of maggots, which
are the breeding ground of lies. Carrion is listening/
seeing the demonic and making announcements of what is
heard/ seen and receiving that as a Word from the
Lord. That is counterfeit, giving heed (listening to)
seducing spirits and doctrines of demons. There is no
discernment or filtering the source, it is simply
accepting what a vision or what is heard is the Lord,
and not accepting it is deception.
There are times in famine when intercessors can receive
sustenance from dead, rancid meat of the enemy. Those
are times when the warfare is so bad, that suddenly they
realize they must have hit a nerve somewhere and the
enemy would not fight so hard if they were not on
track. It is a strange way of gaining faith to persist,
but when one is not hearing encouragement from the Lord,
even eating dead meat can give some strength as long as
a person understands this is demonic revelation and able
to separate and unwind the perverted truth from such.

Do not prophesy the bad plans of the enemy
·
Raise a holy standard against what you see
as bad news
·
Learn to
prophesy in opposite spirit
·
Stir up prayer warriors against the
demonic
·
Heed the warning to avoid it and resist it
SPIES SENT TO COUNTERACT THE DEMONIC PLOTS
1 John 3:8B He that committeth sin is of the devil;
for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this
purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might
destroy the works of the devil.
The Lord is Supreme in our lives, and what He allows is
from Him. When He spotlights a demonic manifestation,
it is for a purpose... either for a warning in how to
pray or be on guard against, or so that it will be
destroyed.
1) We take what we see to prayer – individually. If we
announce it corporately, we offer prayer over it
corporately.
When it is a God thing sending someone into the enemy
camp, usually they bring back fresh and strong meat with
announcement for intercessory strategy. I have seen
this operate in Bob Jones for many years. He was
extremely accurate on all levels of announcements into
that particular realm.
2) We take authority over what we see if it is a demon
on earth. However if the enemy lives in the 2nd
heaven, we submit ourselves God and pray that He will
bring repentance to the people and then dismantle the
power of the enemy ruling over them.
3) We use the information revealed to heed the warning,
lest we fall.
2 Peter 3:17 You therefore, beloved, seeing you know
these things beforehand, beware lest you also, being led
away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own
steadfastness.
4) We can use the demonic plot as an opportunity to
prophesy in the opposite spirit. Saying the enemy
plots this, but God is greater and He says this.
Rom 12:21
Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with
good.
5) If we overcome the demonic plan we see or hear, then
we gain strength as we see it fall. And this is where
the eagles eat the snakes.
WORD TO PONDER: WATCHMEN ON THE WALLS OF FAITH

I AM raising up watchmen on the walls of faith, who are
learning to prophesy My heart and not the devil’s
plans. When I speak, it brings life and protection.
When the enemy speaks, it is the opposite. Just because
a revelation is supernatural does not mean that My Holy
Spirit is the Source. Look for life and receive life
through My Words. It is good training to choose your
words carefully and make sure that you do not have more
faith in the devil's intentions, than in the My Words
over such. It is learning to walk a tightrope of
revelation and keeping your focus on Me.
Watchmen declare good news, and news of pending alarm.
I also send some on special assignments as spies into
the camp of the enemy. They find doors opened to take
back what has been plundered and discover potential
warning signs to be on the alert. These special
assignments are not without remedy. To merely prophesy
and focus on what the devil intends, builds faith in the
devil.
Much of today’s revelations are going through school to
be trained either inside or outside the camp of the Lord
or the camp of the enemy. Tests are for preparation. I
waste nothing in your life and use all things for good.
Overcome evil with good. Learn to pray and prophesy in
the opposite spirit of the demonic intent. This is a
key - stand against a demonic intent, so that the
revelation does not come to pass. Declare My scriptures
against the demonic intents when you see them.
Isa 62:6-7 NKJV
I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; They
shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make
mention of the LORD, do not keep silent, And give Him
no rest till He establishes and till He makes Jerusalem
a praise in the earth.
MATURITY DISCERNS BETWEEN GOOD AND EVIL
I am reminded that when God sends His 2 edged sword,
there is always 2 sides. His Word separates the soul
from the spirit, good from evil, the holy from the
profane.
Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is living, and
powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing
even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of
the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the
thoughts and intents of the heart.
Hebrews 5:14 But strong meat belongeth to them that
are of full age, [even] those who by reason of use have
their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
1 Corinthians 2:10-16 But God hath revealed [them]
unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all
things, yea, the deep things of God. 11 For what man
knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man
which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no
man, but the Spirit of God. 12 Now we have received, not
the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God;
that we might know the things that are freely given to
us of God. 13 Which things also we speak, not in the
words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy
Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with
spiritual. 14 But the natural man receiveth not the
things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness
unto him: neither can he know [them], because they are
spiritually discerned. 15 But he that is spiritual
judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may
instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
TRUTH BETWEEN 2 POLES 1/31/05
The truth about Truth... is
that all Truth is held between the tension of 2 poles.
Within everything that is supernatural there are 2
opposite interpretations, the demonic side and the
heavenly side. Something that is not purely one side or
the other, is mixed with soul and/or demonic. The enemy
always uses truth as a drawing card, and then he
subtlety twists it just enough for us to swallow it.
It is true that you can find
meat and sustenance in anything, if you spit out all the
bones. Now is the time when all things inspired are
coming to fruition, both from the demonic and the
heavenly. You are now in a time where I will be
teaching you how to discern between the clean and the
unclean, how to keep the good gifts and heed the
warnings from negative ones, and how to keep your focus
on My perspective and not the enemy’s.
Ezekiel 44:23 NKJV
And they shall teach My
people the difference between the holy and the unholy,
and cause them to discern between the unclean and the
clean.
AN INVITATION TO COME UP HIGHER INTO PURE REVELATIONS
I had heard the Lord say Anna Roundtree this month so I
listened to her audio version of the book “Heaven
Awaits the Bride.” She rode on the white eagle and
was taken places. The white eagle was Jesus, Who is the
Spirit of Prophecy. And He gave her an invitation to
become a golden eagle which would become like Him, the
white eagle. Here are the quotes that were super
quickened to me:
QUOTES
“I too looked up and saw a large, totally white Eagle.
He was powerful, fierce and majestic in flight. I had
never heard of a completely white eagle.
“Stretch out your hands,” He said as He began His
descent. …I did not know what to do but to stretch out
my hands. The Eagle, was as large as I, backed into me
so that His eyes and beak were where my face was. Then
just as quickly, He was before me again, with His eyes
piercing into mine. I gasped. Just as quickly, the
Eagle changed into the Lord. He said, “This is so you
may know that the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of
prophecy.” Then He became the white eagle again…
… As I lay down with my arms around His neck and my head
near the back of His head, I could feel the motion of
flying beneath me. His feathers were snowy, and His
scent made me want to bury my face deep within His
feathers. Beneath the white feathers the great
Eagle’s skin looked like pure gold.
{later}… As I viewed the surrounding mountain range, a
string of very large paper dolls floated by. The great
Eagle spoke, “So much of what is happening now in the
body of Christ is like paper dolls – one copying the
other.”
The paper dolls disappeared, and an eagle of pure gold
flew by me. “I am looking for an eagle of gold, Anna –
rare beyond measure.” As He spoke, power like a surge of
electricity ran all over the eagle of gold. It became
pure white, like the great white Eagle. “The golden
eagle becomes like Me,” He said.”
The White Eagle’s Invitation
Then a line of large, paper, cut-out eagles floated
across the mountain range. They hooked together as the
floating paper dolls had been. He continued, “There are
many eagles, for I am generous with the gift of the Holy
Spirit. But Anna, I am
giving you an invitation to become an eagle of gold.”
Suddenly I saw a rocket blast off from the earth and
shoot into heaven. The great Eagle continued, “The
golden eagle’s nest is in heaven. The golden eagle does
not even eat earthly food. It feeds above.
The paper doll eagles
catch fish, kill snakes, chase rabbits; but the eagle of
gold breaths the ether above. It does not seek after or
eat carrion. The gold eagle eats from the hand
of God until it looks and smells and is like Me – pure
white. There are many that look like Me, but you must
eat from the hand of God to be like Me.”
His eyes were aflame now, “Will you fly with Me Anna,
over streets of gold? Will you fly with Me over lakes
so clear that the bottom is as the top? Leave the
snakes, the bugs the rabbits running rabbit trails.
Come with Me and feed from the hand of God.”
