6/06/16 SEEK HIM WHILE HE IS NEAR 

TREATMENTS: I have been undergoing a month of radiation treatments for a spot of skin cancer due to sun damage in my youth.  I chose this instead of surgery, because it has been on my nose where it would have been difficult to stitch and heal properly after the fact.  I have been encouraged through the process with hopes of promotion in discernment giftings since the nose represents discernment.  The Lord has given me many Words of encouragement and daily assurance that He is working with me through this process and answering my prayers for discernment increase. 

I was especially encouraged the day He reminded me that oxygen helps heal wounds and so I sat for an hour with my husband’s oxygen over my nose on the day my nose was especially raw and bleeding from the treatment. I could see and feel visible improvement that night. 

Imagine my joy when Bobby Conner released a Word the next day where an angel came to breathe the breath of God!!!! 

5/26/16 QUOTE BOBBY CONNER: Quickly, I open my eyes to behold an amazing angel leaning over me and blowing the breath of heaven upon me. Only this time the breath was coming out of his nostrils not his mouth. The breath was forceful, extremely pleasant, and really refreshing. 

Shocked and surprised at the visitation, I asked the heavenly Messenger; “What is this encounter about?” To which he quickly replied in an excited tone; “A fresh wind of Discernment is being released for the Prophetic!” I questioned; “Why were you breathing upon me from your nostrils and not your mouth?” Again, he responded, “The nostrils speak of discernment!” 

PARABLE:  Last night I was listening to a wonderful David Hogan service on Youtube.  His gifting is miracles and he walks in them daily.  A lady came forward and asked for prayer.  She shared one thing and then another and then another and then another.  She basically went through her whole prayer list about all her concerns!  It was so precious I felt the desperation in her heart and she poured each one out.  It was as though “Now is my turn, my chance for a miracle and I am going to make the most of this!!!”  

Today begins the last 8 days of treatments. I spent a lot of focus this weekend on trying to repair my nose as it is sore and tender and very red. I have dreaded this week returning to treatments, praying it does not get worse with blistering and rawness, especially inside where it is bleeding.  I saw and felt improvement this weekend and it is hard to return to another round.  I want to recover my new skin so badly and then I turned to this Word to Ponder at the website:

WORD TO PONDER: SEEK HIM WHILE HE IS NEAR
When My hope arises within, that you may rebuild your life and restore that which was lost in your body and health, all the needs press in at once. Beloved I promise you a day when I will rebuild and raise you up. Now is not the time to expend your energy trying to repair broken parts. Now is the time to seek ME. I AM your Source for all restoration, all repair, all that is to be built in your life. I give everything in perfect seasons. I AM the One Who is working within you for My good will and pleasure. I strengthen your will to do My will, it does not come in your own power. Spend your energy according to My will and timing. Now is the time to seek Me while I AM near at hand.

PRAYER:  Lord You are the Source of all life and that is in Your loving Presence.  Draw us Lord and let us run to You!  Let us have fellowship with You and walk with You in everything we do.  Give us grace to be still and seek You when You are so near to us, let us make the most of those times.  We understand You have a purpose for each season and sometimes You route out things where the enemy has cankered and sometimes You repair their damage.  Give us wisdom to know the difference and partner with You in the process.
