RHEMA 10/15/03 KEEP WATCH OVER EATING HABITS

QUICKENED ANNIE'S VISIONS

Tonight I turned with AH to Watch - Care, page 61 book 4. It was very quickened to me about eating habits and maintaining the weight I had lost. Today I felt the conviction of the Holy Spirit as I grabbed a bread roll when I did not need it.

WATCH-CARE

“Caught away in the Spirit, I was shown the wonderful watch-care of God over His own elect ones which, though constant and glorious, was not a total thing; there was a self- watch-care that He desired of them. God had liberated them from chains and bondages and He kept them constantly. Yet He warned them not to put these same chains and bondages upon themselves again, by trifling acts and petty carelessnesses. It was possible for them to enter those same things again by such carelessnesses. Thus, together with Him in His great and glorious watch-care over them, He also required them to keep constant watch over their own lives.”

WORD TO PONDER: MAINTAINING 1991

Maintenance requires the fruit of temperance by way of My Spirit. This fruition is a natural offspring through your relationship with Me. As you seek to please Me and keep your life in balance, I impart to you the nature of self discipline.

Maintenance is walking in adulthood and maturity where you have learned to be accountable for yourself. Rather than being disciplined, you have learned to discipline yourself. Maintaining what you have fought to obtain, is instilled as a habit through the fighting process.

Do not let your old self rule and fall into lax habits. If you let go of maintaining your own discipline, you not only lose what you have sought to obtain, but you also lose the muscle to maintain it, and thus lose temperance. This loss is the result of letting go of pleasing Me by not walking in the fruit of My Spirit.

“And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things...” (1 Corinthians 9:25)

RHEMA 2/18/96 COMFORT THROUGH TV

HEARD: All this emotion. My feet hurt. But I get so lonely. TV. Family. Life evolves around. Delivery, it gets me going. Oh that's our Disneyland trip. Be careful, value of a dollar.

Do you want My perspective? Hold onto your hat. Training. Comfort your low places. I want you to buy a roof. Protection, covering.

WORD TO PONDER: TELEVISION PLUNDER, CAUSE AND EFFECT 2/18/96

Hold on to your hat, I am about to train you in matters that are not written with pen and ink. For years, you have leaned upon TV as a pain killer for stress, as a companion for fellowship, as a relief from boredom, as a form of carnal pleasure. To put it very clear, this is the family idol that life evolves around. This idol has opened a demonic door into your life and yet you think it is warfare and opposition. In reality, it is simply a matter of cause and effect. Through the worship of this idol, it has planted a seed in your life that is reaping a harvest of demonic plunder. Close the door. Close the door. Close the door.

How much do you want Me in your life? How far do you want to go for fellowship with Me? You have sacrificed everything, even precious relationships to give your time to the television. Are you willing to give Me your time? When you close the door through your own obedience to My Word and through your own self discipline, I will place a hedge around you that will close the demonic doors.

“Where do wars and fights come from among you? Do they not come from your desires for pleasure that war in your members?2 You lust and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and war. Yet you do not have because you do not ask.3 You ask and do not receive, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your pleasures.4 Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.5 Or do you think that the Scripture says in vain, "The Spirit who dwells in us yearns jealously"? 6 But He gives more grace. Therefore He says:

"God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble." Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. (James 4:1-8 NKJV

OVERCOME THE APPETITES OF THE WORLD 2/20/00

I know that you are battle weary and gun shy. You wince at each sound, wondering if it is another round of bullets. Relax, this is Me speaking. I AM asking you to stop wrestling with Me on this issue of holy living.

Yes, continue to remain upright, standing against the enemy. He seeks to accuse you in your every weakness. I AM a Holy God and I have not changed. To walk the pathway, the highway of holiness and remain safe from the enemy, you must keep watch on your own appetites. “Put a knife to your throat if you be a vessel given to appetite.” [Pro. 23:2] Instead have passion for Me and I will fill your cravings. If you continue to wrestle Me in this, the holy calling will become wounded and suffer shame and pain. The enemy is accusing day and night. It is up to you to stand in Me and keep your conscience void of offense and give him no extra ammunition.

Do you think you can arrive at a holy life without Me? It is impossible. But I still want your best effort and your own self discipline, so that I do not have to discipline you. I place before you the Mountain of your own weakness so that you will learn it is only at My feet that there is deliverance from your flesh. I have called you to divine visitation. Only keep diligent watch upon your flesh as you wait. Climb upon the holy highway and stay there.

WORD TO PONDER: IN THE FIRE 10/14/03

I am teaching you to make righteous choices so that you may walk in the light, and not as the world walks. I know these are painful lessons as I teach you the self discipline to say no to darkness. Follow your conscience closely and listen to My Word. You will soon learn the simplicity of making choices that center upon whatsoever is not of faith, is sin.

While you have been in this fiery chalice, the testing has been like the furnace heated 7 times hotter. As you have embraced this fiery cup and allowed Me to do My cleansing work, your heart has blessed Me, My love. I know these have been painful lessons, but great chunks of debris are falling off in the fire. I have been with you all the way and have never left you. I AM suffering with you, so lean your heart upon My breast as we go through the flames unto the other side.

"Look!" he answered, "I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire; and they are not hurt, and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God." (Dan 3:25 NKJV)

RHEMA 12/01/03 DISCIPLINED

EXPERIENCE: Today when I woke, I had a headache. It turned into what I felt was the flu. I asked the Lord to forgive me and felt that He was rebuking me for eating too much popcorn and refusing His voice in this area. It was so bad that I had little faith to stand by the end of the day. However the headache and nausea broke in the afternoon and I only felt weak with slight tummy soreness the rest of the day. After I repented while laying in bed I

HEARD: We finally got her attention.

I knew I had been disciplined and thanked the Lord profusely for loving me this much to get my attention. I really want to change and learn to obey in everything. I was very comforted when I turned to the following Word to Ponder with Anointed Hands:

AH: HUNTED DOWN IN LOVING DISCIPLINE 5/18/02

Beloved, sometimes I must bring discipline to your life, because you have resisted My voice one too many times in an area. Always remember it is not because I am angry with you, it is because I love you that I do what I must, to bring you into the full stature and measure of Myself.

Know that I have sent My hunting angels across the earth to search out those who have resisted My voice over and over again in areas of their lives. I am relentless in My love, I have given them full authority to hunt and pursue until those that I love stop their wrestling and running and come into My loving embrace.

The running ones think that as time passes and I say nothing more, that I have changed My mind. What? Can they out wait their God? Are My arms too short that I am unable to embrace the farthest distance? No, the matter only collects and increases until time runs out and there is no more space to wait. That is when the hunters seek to bring the bucking and kicking ones home to Me. To the exact degree they buck, is the exact degree they will feel the reins of the hunter's jerk. It is not the hunter that brings the pain, it is the one who runs when the rope is taunt!

I have many gifts to give you and until you clean out the cupboards, I am unable to give you any more. I want your joy and gifts to increase and the enemy will steal your joy unless you cooperate and let go of the clutter. So let go, My love, and release to Me that which you have held onto for years. Let it go and trust Me that I am a loving God and I will help you face this mountain in your life. I want all of you, not just part of you. I have brought you to this painful place so that you would know and understand how deep My love is for you. I am a jealous God and I want only good gifts for you. Sometimes you are your own worst enemy, and I must wrestle you down to prove My love. So relax in My arms and let Me love you. We will face this together. Grace is on the other side of this painful place, waiting to carry you up and over the mountain.

Behold, I will send for many fishers, saith the LORD, and they shall fish them; and after will I send for many hunters, and they shall hunt them from every mountain, and from every hill, and out of the holes of the rocks. For mine eyes are upon all their ways: they are not hid from my face, neither is their iniquity hid from mine eyes.” (Jer 16: 16,17 KJV)

WORD TO PONDER OBEDIENCE FOR YOUR SAFETY 12/01/03

You have come a long way in your journey of maturing in Me. How proud of you I AM, beloved. Your heart has become tender and willing. It is vital that you follow your conscience and stay in obedience. Do not harden your heart towards My voice. That will safe guard you from falling out of the nest.

It is much easier to be self disciplined than to be God disciplined. The enemy is wanting any access he can have. I will discipline and do what is necessary to get your attention for your protection. Stay light on your feet by being flexible and willing to follow My voice. When in doubt, always obey.

Heb 12:7-9 TLB

As you endure this divine discipline, remember that God is treating you as his own children. Whoever heard of a child who was never disciplined? If God doesn't discipline you as he does all of his children, it means that you are illegitimate and are not really his children after all. Since we respect our earthly fathers who disciplined us, should we not all the more cheerfully submit to the discipline of our heavenly Father and live forever?
