SET YOUR MIND TO PRAY IN TONGUES MORE OFTEN 12/05/10
Paul said, "I thank my God I speak with tongues more
than you all." 1 Cor 14:18 NKJV
heard:
Praying in tongues. Is a life line that opens doors
that need opening.
[Prayed in tongues and then heard the following after
each sentence of tongues]
heard:
Cover me. Have mercy over me and my sufferings.
It's a fresh approach to the same needs.
When we pray in tongues, we are praying the same needs
according to the will of God and not our own will.
Rom 8:26-27 NKJV
Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For
we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but
the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with
groanings which cannot be uttered. Now He who searches
the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because
He makes intercession for the saints according to the
will of God.
EXPERIENCES ABOUT TONGUES: One time I was
praying in tongues and in English over people I’d met on
the Internet and I saw a picture-vision of a flat bed
truck driven by 2 angels. On the flat bed truck were a
whole bunch of packages, each wrapped and looking
exactly like the size of bricks. The Lord told me I was
dispatching supplies. So, I asked Him what those bricks
were. He said, “Each individual prayer.” Then a few days
later I listened to a tape where a man was given a
vision that every time he spoke in tongues, he saw
packages the size of bricks come down from heaven that
were deposited inside of him. When they were deposited,
he felt a strengthening of his inner man. He was praying
supplies for himself. So, not only did the Lord confirm
that my praying in tongues was praying in supplies to
others, but at the same time, I was praying in supplies
for myself.
When I first received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, I
received one sentence that I prayed over and over again
for one year, until the Lord released a full language I
spoke it to Anna, and it sounded like “Porta quita.
Comen a tata.” The phrases sounded Spanish to her but
she wasn’t sure of the words, so she looked them up.
Porta = door of a port hole
quita = discharge, release
Comen = they eat
a = with
tata = daddy
She translated the phrase to be , “Door of a porthole
released. They eat with Daddy.”
CONFIRMATION: I listened to Sid Roth tonight and
it was a special on tongues and
I was blessed.

JOHN G LAKE
"One of the greatest
ministers who ever graced this earth was Reverend John
G. Lake. Although he went through terrible hardships, he
was a world shaker. What was the secret to John G.
Lake’s deep revelations, extraordinary manifestations,
and the success of his ministry? Here is an excerpt from
his own mouth: “I want to talk with the utmost frankness
and say to you, that tongues have been the making of my
ministry. It is that peculiar communication with God
when God reveals to my soul the truth I utter to you day
by day in the ministry. Many times, I climb out of bed,
take my pencil and pad, and jot down the beautiful
things of God, the wonderful things of God that He talks
out in my spirit and reveals to my heart.” Notice these
words: “Tongues have been the making of my ministry.”
Tongues will be the making of your life.
SMITH WIGGLESWORTH
Another great man who knew
the power of praying in tongues was Smith Wigglesworth.
Here was an uneducated plumber who, when he partook of
the blessing of tongues, was transformed into the
apostle of faith. The miracles, boldness, and
manifestation of the supernatural became evident in his
life and ministry." |
