QUICKENED SCRIPTURE – SHAKE OFF THE DEMONIC  11/18/07

Acts 28:2-5 NKJV

But when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks and laid them on the fire, a viper came out because of the heat, and fastened on his hand. 4 So when the natives saw the creature hanging from his hand, they said to one another, "No doubt this man is a murderer, whom, though he has escaped the sea, yet justice does not allow to live." 5 But he shook off the creature into the fire and suffered no harm.

As I was pondering this scripture, the Lord highlighted where Paul shook off the snake into the fire and quickened to me that sometimes when we shake in His Presence, many of the demonic things that are attached will be hurled off, in the same way that He hurled off principalities.  I then remembered that in deliverance when someone is manifesting the demonic in their hands, sometimes the Lord will quicken to tell them to shake their hands as though ridding themselves of something sticky.

SHAKE YOURSELVES 9/21/96

Restoration is coming precious ones.  The ball is in your courts.  Climb those nets of adversity and shake yourselves of all that is unworthy in such chosen vessels of God.  Yes, through My grace, the highway of holiness is within your reach.  Shake.  Shake.  Shake!

 “Now this, "Yet once more," indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain. Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear.” (Hebrews 12:27-28  NKJ)
