"Signs" and
Wonders
THE SIGNS AND THE WONDERS 5/16/04
Listen to the story of My signs and wonders. It was a
sign when John leaped within the womb as Mary walked
into the room. It was a wonder that John's spirit
recognized Jesus. It was a sign when Jesus was lifted up
on the cross, it was a wonder when His act became
salvation to all mankind. It was a sign when Hosea
married Gomar, it was a wonder when he experienced My
heart of love for her. It was a sign when the mantle
struck the waters, it was a wonder when they parted. It
was a sign when Moses carried the rod, it was a wonder
when he used it. It was a sign when Paul was the best of
the best in his natural strength only to consider
himself the weakest and the worst in the end. It was a
wonder when My glory was made perfect in miraculous
strength - through Paul's stripping. It was a sign that
Joseph was given the dream of his family bowing low
before him. It was a wonder that it was accomplished
through his prison experience. It was a sign when the
Israelites wandered for 40 years in the wilderness. It
was a wonder that their shoes were preserved.
And even today My signs and wonders continue. So many
lives tell a story, portraying My message to the world.
To be a sign is to literally live out My message through
your daily life. To be a wonder is when I multiply it
for the sake of multitudes. It is a glorious joy to be a
sign and a wonder and by far one of the most joyous ways
to hear Me speak.
My Word will be in you, upon you, around you, through
you, and you will live it, know it and recognize it in
the most intimate of ways. People climb the highest
mountains to be able to receive what you will experience
every day, by simply being called to be a sign and a
wonder.
Ps 71:5-8 NKJV
For You are my hope, O Lord GOD; You are my trust
from my youth. By You I have been upheld from birth; You
are He who took me out of my mother's womb. My praise
shall be continually of You. I have become as a wonder
to many, but You are my strong refuge. Let my mouth be
filled with Your praise and with Your glory all the day.
