SOFT HEARTS ARE HERE 12/12/11
Today I read where 3 people spoke of having a "soft"
heart. The last was when Bob Jone's Shepherd's Rod for
2012 arrived in the mail. In there he says that the
fruit of the Spirit that He is focusing on for this year
is the banana. Quote Bob Jones: "The Lord told me that
the banana represents the fruit of kindness or
gentleness. Like the banana, those that display
kindness are softhearted, sweet and full of potassium
(compassion). When troubled times come, men become
teachable. Gentle people build other's hearts through
troubled times. Kindness builds God's heart in you and
always shows mercy." (End quote)
When I think of a soft heart I am reminded of the
following prophetic scripture:
Hos 10:12 NKJV
Sow for yourselves righteousness; Reap in mercy;
Break up your fallow ground, for it is time to seek the
Lord, Till He comes and rains righteousness on you.
We have been in a lonnnnnnng season of the Lord breaking
up our fallow ground through many tears and this has
softened our ground and prepared us to receive the rain
of His Presence, gifts and callings for the end days.
FRESHLY PLOWED 10/29/09
Beloveds, the fruits of what
you have nurtured in your life were brought to the
surface and exposed. I separated the tares and
harvested the good fruit. What you have gone through is
a cleansing, harvesting, and finally plowing through
many tears and prayer.
Even though you see little
color in your life right now, I see a beautiful and rich
ground that has been plowed, tilled and leveled smooth
for next year’s plantings. New gifts, new fruit, new
joys are coming. See it with My eyes, and do not let go
of hope. Every season has its purpose. Rest beloved
ones. REST. Spring is around the corner and fresh
plantings will appear with new hope for a fresh new crop
yet to come.
Jer 4:3-4 NKJV
Break up your fallow
ground, and do not sow among thorns. Circumcise
yourselves to the LORD, And take away the foreskins of
your hearts.
Eccl 3:2 NKJV
To everything there is a
season, a time for every purpose under heaven.... A time
to plant, and a time to pluck what is planted...

NEW DAY 7/23/91
Shout it from the house tops. Make merry and be glad!
A new beginning do I declare. For your shame, you shall
receive everlasting joy upon your heads. Rejoice, for I
come to refresh.
Listen for the rain. Long I have waited to pour Myself
out upon you. First the fire, then the rain. I held
back until the fire did its cleansing work. As Elisha
declared make this valley full of ditches in preparation
for the coming water, so I declared righteousness and
mercy must be sown through the breaking of fallow
ground. Rejoice, oh meek ones! The preparation is
complete. Your hearts are soft and I turn My face
toward you.
I earnestly seek you. My heart is drawn toward you and
I will draw your heart toward Me. This is not a work
you can do in yourself. I alone do the drawing. Only
be tender and soft to respond when I call. I shall woo
your heart and place My longings within you. I will
create in you a hunger for My Words. I have a hunger to
hear you.
A new season is knocking on your door. Resurrection!
Awake, oh sleeping ones. Open your ears and hear, open
your eyes and see, open your heart and receive the
resurrection of My Spirit within you. Awake, arise.
Stand to your feet! Rejoice, for it is the dawning of a
new day.
Mercy, mercy. Declare mercy to My people. The burning
of the fire, the sifting of the plow, the dryness of
famine, all shall be quenched as I pour Myself upon
you. Your ground shall be settled and planted with the
rains. I will confirm your way with the nearness of My
Presence. Rejoice My fair ones, for the drawing has
begun.
“Behold I will do a new thing; now it shall spring
forth...” (Isaiah 43:19)
READER CONFIRMATIONS: I have just read your word
about "soft hearts" and bananas on FB. I was laughing...
In the summer my daughter had a visitation from the
Lord. Jesus came into the living room and she couldn't
wait to share it with me. When I asked her what exactly
happened, what she saw or felt she said: "Mom, Jesus is
a banana!" That sounded very weird first. But you have
to know her... she is very creative, an artist . ... her
senses are very sharp. She said that she couldn't see
Him for the glory was so strong and bright. But she felt
Him and He was soft and gentle and sweet and full of
peace. She also heard His audible voice. He assured her
that everything was going to be ok in her life in this
senior year and He would guide her in the process. He
also told her to tell me that I worry too much... :-(((
So when she put yellow (glory), soft, sweet together she
came up with the banana picture.
A few days later, when I was still thinking about her
visitation I was listening to a Keith Green CD. The last
song was over and it was quiet. I didn't turn off the
player and maybe two-three minutes after the last song
he began to talk. He asked his audience if they knew who
a real Christian was. Then he started to list things
that a real Christian is NOT. Finally he said: "A
Christian is someone who is BANANAS for Jesus!" I
couldn't stop laughing!
