11/13/16 SUGAR
– FALSE COMFORT
HEARD AND SAW
I saw I was divvying out sugar by the pinch. I saw a
tiny pinch of sugar in between 2 fingers. It was like a
pinch of salt, but it was sugar. Please be careful
sweetheart, you know what happens. I saw I was driving
down an alley behind some bakeries and they had barrels
of sugar stacked in the ally.
Yesterday I had granola twice on top of my yogurt and my
bones feel it really badly
this morning. After seeing the rhema I realized a
demonic spirit was "drawing" me regarding the desire for
sugar, since I had long been "dead" to the idea in my
mind and heart.
THE WHITE CAT VS THE WHITE FOX
I saw this beautiful fluffy white kitty that was pure
white and the real thing. Then I saw another kitty that
had a dirty tail and it looked like a fox that was
disguised as a kitty. I chased it away. You have
authority sweetheart, keep using it.
Song of Solomon 2:14-15 O my dove, in the clefts of the
rock, in the secret places of the cliff, let me see your
face, let me hear your voice; for sweet is your voice,

INSERT WORDS TO PONDER ABOUT EATING SUGAR
I WANT TO BECOME YOUR COMFORT 12/25/01
My people are overweight and sluggish. Some of this is
from demonic plunder. But most of it is caused by a
deluge of delicacies, morsels, addictions to salt and sugar from
self-comfort. I AM not asking them to fast these
things, but want to bring them into better balance in
their health. I want to meet them half way by asking
them to cut their morsels and addictions in half and
giving them to Me as burnt offerings. As they are
willing to serve Me and lean on Me in this way, I shall
become their comfort and bring their lives back to a
healthy balance.
“And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you
another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive,
because it seeth him not,
neither knoweth him but ye
know him; for he
dwelleth with you, and shall
be in you. I will not leave you comfortless I will come
to you.” (Joh 14:16-18 KJV)
BALANCED EATING 4/30/02
I AM asking you to change your eating habits. I want you
to eat what is good for you. I want you to eat healthy
foods, and what is expedient. I want you to eat a
balanced diet of nutritious things and to keep your salt
and sugar snacks
at a very low minimum. I want you to eat enough, but
not too much. I want your energy level balanced. You
know this makes sense, to Who I AM. and who I want you
to become. Beloved one, find your place of balance and
health and live within the boundaries I have prescribed.
“Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the
Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and
you are not your own? For you were bought at a price;
therefore, glorify God in your body and in your spirit,
which are God's.” (1Co 6:19-20 NKJV)
THE HEALING RAINS 9/18/10
I AM sending My rains upon you to restore your years and
bring back the dew of your youth. Partner with Me to
melt your fat, purge the toxins and bring you back into
health. Allow the rains of My divine grace and power to
take control over the appetites of your flesh and soul;
your addictions to salt, sugar and
flour and your emotional need for comfort. Let go!
Give them to Me says the Lord! The fat belongs to Me,
as sacrifices of praise. Melt the fat and flush the
toxins and bring you, My people back into order. You
will feel better about yourselves and be stronger and
leaner.
