QUICKENED REVELATION 7/28/08: THE HOLY SPIRIT'S JOB
DESCRIPTION
The Holy Spirit moves on individuals and also the
masses. We have known mass revivals in history to be
visited with a Spirit of repentance where people fall
down under the power of God with weeping in public
places, asking God to forgive them of their sins.
When I read the following scripture I suddenly
understood that in the same way He sweeps over people to
convict them of their sins, He will also be moving into
convict people of making righteous choices in lifestyle
and also convicting people of judgment. This is His job
description!
We are coming close to the time where He will be
sweeping over the masses with the revelations of sin,
righteousness, and judgment. It is a time to learn the
fear of God and line our daily choices up with the Word
of God.
John 16:7-11 NKJV
It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do
not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I
depart, I will send Him to you. 8 And when He has come,
He will convict the world of sin, and of
righteousness, and of judgment: 9 of sin, because
they do not believe in Me; 10 of righteousness, because
I go to My Father and you see Me no more; 11 of
judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.
