THE POWER OF LOVE 9/04/10
EXPERIENCE: I had a
breakthrough with my nail lady. I had run out of
options in all other nail places in our area and had to
return my old nail lady. She is the one that just does
not like me at all. At first I felt it was spiritual
and a demonic manifestation. I have tried to be very
kind and polite, but due to the flare I was in, I also
winced when she drilled too hard and she became
increasingly angry with me about that. This time I made
it a point, after praying so much about it, that I would
smile at her and ask her about her kids. After 2 years
of coldness she warmed up to me. We talked about
school, as my son went to the same school. I was amazed
at the transformation that took place. We actually had
a great conversation like 2 friendly human beings. I
left her a good tip. As I was pondering the miracle, I
heard the following:
HEARD: The power of
love.
UPDATE: 9/05/10 When I got
gas today a little black kitten came up to my window and
I looked over and said, "Hello little kitty!" And then
she appeared as though she was going to try to jump into
my window and so I pulled back from the window. The gas
station attendant was amazed and said, "WOW" twice! I
asked him why, and he said, “The kitten is very afraid
and runs away from all the cars and people and won’t
have anything to do with them. But this kitten looked
like she liked you so much, she wanted to jump into your
car!” I knew she was drawn to the Spirit of the Lord
inside of me.
HEARD: The power of
love.
QUICKENED MEMORY: This last
few weeks, as I sat on our deck listening to the Lord
and doing rhema, I enjoyed watching the birdies eat from
our feeders. On two different days a hummingbird came
up to me. Her wings were whirling so loud as she was
literally about 2 inches away from me. Her long beak
was very scary as I realized she thought I was a
flower! I had big splashy red flowers on my dress! I
spoke to her and she looked at me and then flew to the
flowers. It really touched me that she felt comfortable
with me on the porch and actually stayed a moment after
I spoke to her.

UPDATE CONFIRMATION 9/06/10:
I went to visit a loved one today and as we were walking
back to the car, he said, "You overlook a LOT." I knew
it was his way of saying, love covers a multitude of
sins. It was both an honorable thing for him to say of
me, and also a humbling thing for himself to confess.
It was a very precious kyros moment for me, both healing
and honoring.
WORD TO PONDER: THE POWER OF
LOVE 9/04/10
If you would but pray and believe
for even the coldest of hearts to transform, I will
change them. Not only will I change hard hearts, but I
will also liberate the timid ones. If you would reach
out to them in kindness and generosity, they will feel
My love as I warm their hearts. Beloved ones, when you
walk in love, even demonic attempts to torment you will
turn into a pool of blessings. The power of My love is
the greatest power of all. My love bears all things,
believes all things, hopes all things and endures all
things. To love with all of your heart is never
shameful. When you have the freedom to express My love,
it is the most liberating power in all the world.
Never, ever underestimate the power of My love.

Love is patient and kind. Love
is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not
demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no
record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about
injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love
never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful,
and endures through every circumstance. |
