9/10/19 THE POWER OF HIS DECREE
HEARD AND SAW
What you see is what you get. What you know is what you
get. NO. What you believe is what you get.
TO BRING FORTH BY DECREE
A time line. Before the world began. Until now. Spoken
into existence. By decree. I speak it. It is carried
out. A strong message. Edict. A powerful voice. Let it
be.
Genesis 1:3-4 And God said, Let there be light:
and there was light. 4 And God saw the light, that it was
good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
Job 22:28 You shall also decree a thing, and it shall be
established for you: and the light shall shine upon your
ways.

9/11/13 PROCLAMATIONS, THE WEAPONS OF DECREE
I have come for your words, do you want to pray?
Da
10:11-12 And he said unto me, O Daniel, a man
greatly beloved, understand the words that I speak unto
thee, and stand upright: for unto thee am I now sent. And
when he had spoken this word unto me, I stood trembling. 12
Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first
day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to
chasten thyself before thy God,
thy words were heard, and I
am come for thy words.
Let’s do this together. I will teach you. The
Lord wants to show you a better way of prayer. I will help
you if you are willing to listen. Speak it and declare it.
Make it bold. Confident. Say it like you mean it. This is
a
decree. You speak to the mountain.
Job
22:28 You shall also decree a thing, and it shall
be established for you: and the light shall shine upon your
ways.
Ps
2:7 I will declare the decree: the LORD has said
unto me, You are my Son; this day have I begotten you.
Earth. To decree is a powerful weapon. Speak it like
you mean it. It has power. I will show you. Stand and
proclaim. A proclamation. Holy news. The Word of God.
I saw someone standing very straight, like one of the
guards at Buckingham. He was proclaiming a Word. I saw
someone who was much taller along the side of the palace
steps and he was blowing a very long trumpet that seemed to
be a couple feet long. This is an announcement. The
King has spoken. These things I have taught you. These
have substance.
Battle. The devil knows you have authority. Are you
willing to use it? Have faith. Be a prayer warrior.
Proclaim that the door to the kingdom of heaven has come.
Will you enter?
I saw a pair of hands gathering something up that
appeared to be in a pile. These are my fighting
tools. Weapons. I use them. To go forth. As a rod of
authority.
[So I decreed over something I had prayed about.]
Excellent. That’s perfect. Be right back. Your words
are a sword in my hand. A weapon. To speak to the
mountains and remove hindrances. By the Word of God and
prayer. I will take these Words.
Mt
21:21 Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I
say unto you, If you have faith, and doubt not, you shall
not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if
you shall say unto this
mountain, Be removed, and be cast into the sea; it
shall be done.
WORD TO PONDER: PROCLAMATIONS, THE WEAPONS OF DECREE
9/11/13
Beloveds when you have entered into the kingdom of heaven,
you have entered into a brand new domain of authority. As
you listen to My Words, I give you authority to proclaim
what I AM saying and what I AM doing in the earth. Angels
stand by and blow their trumpets to these announcements.
They are dispatched with My orders and assignments to usher
My Word into the earth. The decrees you speak form weapons
for their hands and they remove all that needs removed so
that My life and liberty is brought forth.
Job
22:28 You shall also decree a thing, and it shall
be established for you: and the light shall shine upon your
ways.
