RHEMA 10/12/07 THE STRONGMAN OF OVERWEIGHT

COMMENTS: I have been working on a massive project, of collecting many generations in my family line and creating a large hardbound book to hand down to my family. I have worked my down to my own life and so I was looking at the days of my youth when I was strong and nice looking and now feeling quite sad at my health and appearance. I have been praying that the Lord help me lose weight even though I have other health issues that make it very difficult, and asking that the Lord bring back the dew of my youth.

HEARD: Keeping watch. Watch them bloom.

HEARD: How is your appearance?

 

PIX: I saw a flag being placed on the top of a mountain where few people can reach.

HEARD: Not like that when having children.

QUICKENED THOUGHT: When you have children, you live down there with them on ground level! We have been babysitting our grandbaby, and it is literally on the floor as he learns to sit and crawl.

DREAM: I dreamed that an attending angel wanted to give me a facial and make my face bright, shiny and youthful again. People had been pressing my sense of personal boundaries and space and I felt invaded and violated and needed more room. It was causing me to want to run away and hide.

HEARD: If I come up behind her and be gentle, she’s OK with that.

PIX: I saw the angel servant come up behind a person and reach around the front to attend to their face.

DREAM CONTINUED: So I decided that yes I would have a facial. In the process I saw that a friend would be having a facial too if she said yes. As I sat down to try out the facial, the attendants said to tell them a story, something good so that as I did, it would get my mind off how I looked and felt. And in the natural process of sharing, they would attend to my face and it would become bright and shiny again.

Num 6:22-27 NKJV
And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying: "Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, 'This is the way you shall bless the children of Israel. Say to them:

"The LORD bless you and keep you;
The LORD make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace."'
"So they shall put My name on the children of Israel, and I will bless them."

DREAM CONTINUED: So the story I chose was when we were boating in my youth and running Blossom Bar. That was a Class 4 wild rapid that was filled with gigantic boulders, huge. Some boulders were quite interesting, being made of conglomerate material. The rapid had a difficult turn in the middle of a patch of boulders, near the top of the rapid. After getting around one huge rock, we had to strongly pull to the right in a very small space, to maneuver the boat in front of a slot that placed us in the right place to run the current past the rest of the boulders.

QUICKENED MEMORY: I was thinking about going through Blossom Bar. And then the {above} post came to memory that there is a diamond inside the rock of offense.

HEARD: You.

UNDERSTANDING: The Lord was telling me that the diamond wrapped inside the offense of the excess weight was me.

VISION: I came upon a giant that was about 2 stories tall. He was heavy and I knew he was a strongman of being overweight.

INTERPRETATION: I realized that these massive boulders in Blossom Bar are the rocks of offense in our lives that are strong men that we need to move past and overcome.

{Lord do You have anything You want to tell me about this strongman?}

HEARD: Greater is He that is within you than he that is in the world.

1 John 4:4 NKJV
You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

WORD TO PONDER: BLOSSOMING WHILE OVERCOMING THE STRONGMAN 10/12/07
Beloved, as you look to brighter days, I see you looking in your past. Precious one, that is not the place I want you to long for. Yes you have strongmen in your life to overcome and these are bigger than you are. Simply give Me your need, your priorities to set your face to overcome, and continue giving. As you pour out your life to My children, I will wash that lovely face and set it to shine once again. You shall once again receive the dew of your youth, overcome and blossom in the same process.

Do not consider the size of the strongman, for greater am I inside of you, then he that is towering. The conglomeration of offenses and pressures fall away piece by piece as you overcome day by day. Within each boulder is a diamond ready to shine in brilliance. That diamond, dear one, is YOU.
