RHEMA 3/18/09 TO CARRY A FRIEND

VISION:  I saw someone coming down from a very steep pitch roof.  He was saying, “We’ve got a lot of work to do.”  Then I saw men up on the roof working on shingles.

EXPERIENCE:  My friends called me from out of town and said that the Lord had quickened to them the following scripture where they opened up the roof to let their friend down to the Lord.  They had offered to drive 3 hours north to bring me back down to the conference in their town.  But I was OK to drive and reassured them if I was not then I would let them know.  Later during the conference she mentioned to me the same scripture and how they were there to support me in prayer.  It was a deep, deep balm to me to know this.  I felt cradled and carried and safe.

Mark 2:3-12 NKJV

Then they came to Him, bringing a paralytic who was carried by four men.  4 And when they could not come near Him because of the crowd, they uncovered the roof where He was. So when they had broken through, they let down the bed on which the paralytic was lying.  5 When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralytic, "Son, your sins are forgiven you."   6 And some of the scribes were sitting there and reasoning in their hearts, 7 "Why does this Man speak blasphemies like this? Who can forgive sins but God alone?"  8 But immediately, when Jesus perceived in His spirit that they reasoned thus within themselves, He said to them, "Why do you reason about these things in your hearts?  9 Which is easier, to say to the paralytic, 'Your sins are forgiven you,' or to say, 'Arise, take up your bed and walk '?  10 But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins" — He said to the paralytic, 11 "I say to you, arise, take up your bed, and go to your house."  12 Immediately he arose, took up the bed, and went out in the presence of them all, so that all were amazed and glorified God, saying, "We never saw anything like this!"

DROVE TO THE CONFERENCE

I had a funny Word pun as I was driving down to the conference.... You know the scripture, Rise, take up your bed and walk???  It came to me, that going to the conference (since it was a HUGE step of faith for me to go) ... that I Rose, took up my Body and Drove!  Smile.

John 5:5-9, 14 NKJV

Now a certain man was there who had an infirmity thirty-eight years. 6 When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he already had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, "Do you want to be made well?"   7 The sick man answered Him, "Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; but while I am coming, another steps down before me."  8 Jesus said to him, "Rise, take up your bed and walk ."  9 And immediately the man was made well, took up his bed, and walked....  14 Afterward Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him, "See, you have been made well. Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you." 

There is another scripture that is similar and I did not remember it was the same verse my friend had quoted in their offer to bring me to the conference.

CONFIRMATION 3/22/09

I received another confirmation from a prayer team member.  I had asked my prayer team to pray for me during the conference too:  “Hey Sandy, Did you see the verse I sent you??!! Scroll down to the bottom of my letter and I highlighted it. We both got that verse!!!! I didn't know if you saw it or not!  

“I tell you, get up, take your mat and go home." Immediately he stood up in front of them, took what he had been lying on and went home praising God.”

confirmation:  3/22/09

I experienced such a sign when I came home, that I turned around the block just to see it again.  I was looking at the sky behind my favorite house on the corner.  The sky was completely black on the west and east of the house as far as I could see.  But in a perfect circle, there was a tiny gorgeous blue sky with some puffy white clouds, probably the size of a hand.  It represented an opened porthole and reminded me of that roof that had opened for me through praying friends.

WORD TO PONDER:  TO CARRY YOUR FRIENDS IN PRAYER  3/18/09

Beloved ones, there are so many that need a helping hand in prayer to escort them to My healing waters.  There are many kinds of healings and many kinds of help.  Be sensitive to reach out when it is quickened to you, and My angelic hosts will prepare the way for your friend to receive My healing balm in just the right place and way.
