TO MUZZLE THE FLESH VS REQUESTING GRACE TO CHANGE

WAYNE SCRIPTURE: Today Wayne opened up to this
scripture right after I was telling him about Joyce
Meyers talking about muzzling a dog. I had been
pondering about raising children and how jail time does
not necessarily render a change of heart.
Ps 36:1 NLT
Sin whispers to the wicked, deep within their hearts.
They have no fear of God to restrain them.
JOYCE MEYERS 5/27/09
Joyce Meyers was saying that if you muzzle a dog who
lusts after legs, he is still going to lust after legs
regardless of whether he can bite them or not. And
usually it will make him even more aggressive. She said
that we can not muzzle our flesh, we have to have a
change of heart to obey.

UPDATE RHEMA 6/15/09 GREAT GRACE TO OBEY
Fun! I
had just thanked the Lord for giving me so much help and
grace to change and walk in making healthy choices in my
life. I have noticed a real consistent change this year
and know it is only the Lord that has enabled this
change through His grace in answering my earnest
prayers. Then I turned to this Word to Ponder:

GREAT GRACE TO OBEY IS NOW HERE 7/08/06
I AM opening the eyes of My people to read My Word and
return to accountability in following and obeying the
scriptures. I have heard your cries to overcome your
flesh to be able to obey My Word. Your choices to
govern your life by My standard will release a new wave
of great grace and freedom in your life and this will
result in much joy, contentment and peace that you have
not experienced in a long time. Repent, dear ones, and
walk in the fear of your God. Be holy, even as I AM
holy. Govern your lives accordingly.

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is
profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction,
for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God
may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good
