TODAY’S BBQ TIMER! 3/03/09
Today I was BBQing some meat outside on the grill. I
had set the kitchen timer for 6 minutes to remind me
when to flip the meat over. So I sat down and continued
to work on rhema. I was immersed in the rhema when
suddenly I thought, “It must be about 6 minutes!” Now
for me to get out of my chair is a major hassle, due to
pain in my knees and ankles. I have to grab this tube
thinger that Wayne made for me, put it on the chair
handle, then use my forearm to push the tube/ handle
down in order to get the recliner into a normal
position. Then I have to rock really hard to get a
running start to leap up. Whenever the doorbell rings
it takes me forever to answer the door.
So when I thought it must be about 6 minutes, I thought
to the Lord, “I have just enough time to get out of this
crazy chair and walk into the kitchen and then the
buzzer will go off!” So I finally got up and walked to
the kitchen. The moment my foot hit the kitchen
threshold, the timer buzzer went off! I was just
tickled how God gives me this gift. If I tried to count
time, I could never do it. But when I depend upon Him,
He reminds me whenever I pray. I have been playing this
timer game for years and years and He is always faithful
to answer my prayer. I think it is training of some
sort. I seem to operate more and more on timing
instinct and it is just one of those gifts He has given
me.

wisdom and might are His.
And He changes the times and the seasons.
WORD TO PONDER: WHEN THE MEAT IS READY 3/03/09
I give yummy strong meat to My hungry children! Listen
to it sizzle and smell the aroma as it cooks on My
fires. Half way through the process, I flip My Word
over so the other side can sizzle too.
As you wait upon Me through the process, you will see
different perspectives as I turn and rotate that which I
am preparing in your life. Beloved one, I understand it
is hard to wait! Trust Me that when the fulfillment of
My Word is complete, that you will not miss it, no
matter where you are, what you are doing or how slow it
takes for you to get there. I have everything perfectly
timed in synch with your life and peculiarities and will
deliver you and My Word exactly on time, down to the
last dot and tittle.
Isa 55:11-13 NKJV
So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth;
It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish
what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for
which I sent it. 12 "For you shall go out with joy,
And be led out with peace; The mountains and the
