4/05/18 TOE IN WATER PRODUCES CONSEQUENCE
heard SOMEONE’S
CONVERSATION:
Sticking my toe in the water. This produces that. Nope
don’t want to go there.
COMMENT: Seeking guidance by trial and error/ try
this, try that is NOT wisdom. However the season is now
upon us when rapid results occur for our decisions or
actions. It is good to heed and understand the
ramifications of our actions and consequences. This helps us
make wiser decisions! Lord have mercy upon our humanity and
help us align with Your Word and Your will.
Galatians 6:7-8 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for
whatsoever a man sows, that shall he also reap. 8 For he
that sows to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption;
but he that sows to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life
everlasting.
Proverbs 2:11 Discretion shall preserve you,
understanding shall keep you.
Amos 9:13 Behold, the days come, says the LORD, that the
plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes
him that sows seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine,
and all the hills shall flow with it.
STICKING YOUR TOE IN THE WATER 12/29/10
Beloveds, there are times when sticking your toe in the
water to "taste and see" is not wise and is unsafe. Always
test the spirits to discern what is drawing you. I draw,
the enemy pushes and your soul tempts. No one knows your
motives better than yourself, so check your faith level.
Whatsoever is not of faith is sin.
Walk in peace and be drawn by My loving compassion. Know
your own season and how the tide turns and you will go in
and go out and find green pasture. In this new season I AM
drawing you to taste and see new flavors, so place your
trust in Me that I answer when you call. I will feed you
good protein, but it will not be hard to chew. Instead, it
will be filled with wisdom to strengthen your inner man so
that you may walk forward into your future with godly
confidence.
1Ki 3:9-14 NKJV
Therefore give to Your servant an understanding heart to
judge Your people, that I may discern between good and evil.
For who is able to judge this great people of Yours?" The
speech pleased the Lord, that Solomon had asked this thing.
Then God said to him: "Because you have asked this thing,
and have not asked long life for yourself, nor have asked
riches for yourself, nor have asked the life of your
enemies, but have asked for yourself understanding to
discern justice, behold, I have done according to your
words; see, I have given you a wise and understanding heart,
so that there has not been anyone like you before you, nor
shall any like you arise after you. And I have also given
you what you have not asked: both riches and honor, so that
there shall not be anyone like you among the kings all your
days. So if you walk in My ways, to keep My statutes and My
commandments, as your father David walked, then I will
lengthen your days."
