RHEMA 6/03/08 TRAINED AND YOKED FOR AUTHORITY
Heard:
What memory are we talking about?
PIX: I saw a lady dusting a window sill with
a feather duster.
Heard:
Sifted. Wound. To learn your lesson. Storm
dissipated.
Heard:
Lessen learned. Committed. Obedient.
OBEDIENCE
2 Cor 2:9-10 NKJV
For to this end I also wrote, that I might put you
to the test, whether you are obedient in all things.
Phil 2:5-11 NKJV
Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ
Jesus, 6 who, being in the form of God, did not consider
it robbery to be equal with God, 7 but made Himself of
no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and
coming in the likeness of men. 8 And being found in
appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became
obedient to the point of death, even the death of the
cross. 9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and
given Him the name which is above every name, 10 that at
the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in
heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the
earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that
Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Heard:
Weapon. Mighty to the pulling down of
strongholds.
2 Cor 10:3-6 NKJV
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war
according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare
are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down
strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high
thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God,
bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience
of Christ, 6 and being ready to punish all disobedience
when your obedience is fulfilled.
HEARD: But those who wait on the LORD shall
renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings
like eagles.
Isa 40:28-31 NKJV
Have you not known?Have you not heard? The everlasting
God, the LORD,The Creator of the ends of the earth,
Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is
unsearchable. 29 He gives power to the weak, And to
those who have no might He increases strength. 30 Even
the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men
shall utterly fall, 31 But those who wait on the LORD
Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with
wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They
shall walk and not faint.
HEARD:
While you were yet young, I led you and
taught you to submit. And now, equally yoked.
PIX: I saw a wooden yoke that holds 2 oxen
together in a common walk.
Heard;
Together. As one.
WORD TO PONDER: TRAINED AND YOKED FOR AUTHORITY
6/03/08
When you were young, I allowed demonic invasions in your
life to train you how to be obedient to My Word.
Siftings came and went according to your stubborn need
to learn your lessons. You have learned your lessons
well, My love. And in so doing, I still your storms and
renew your strength to mount up and overcome.
Even as you have submitted and lowered yourself to My
will and gone through death to your will, I will exalt
you by putting all demonic names under your feet. They
will bow and submit to the authority I place in your
life.
I will teach you the power and authority of the weapon
of obedience. Obedience to Me is mighty to the pulling
down of strongholds. Remain committed to the path of
obedience, dear one. Obedience is walking in synch with
Me, as an equally yoked partner in the Spirit. It is
taking My yoke upon your shoulders. We are teamed
together like a pair of oxen, plowing difficult
territory with ease. We will walk together as one.
